Please skip this tour. There was not enough time to get to all three stops. We never made it to Oxford. Our driver who by the way was a nice guy was not aware of the tour we booked. Once we discussed with him he also did not understand how the tour was scheduled. As it was with skipping Oxford we did not get back to London till 6:30pm. Additionally we were only at Windsor for 2 hours so it was not the case of us spending 1/2 day there and we were at Stonehenge for 1 hour. The issue is the distance between the locations. Was so disappointed because for one of the members of my family the Oxford stop was her must see. Please save your disappointment and do not book this.

Hi Teresa, We understand your frustrations with your expectations not aligning up to your experience. We would like to remind you this tour has an allocated time, it is not the entire day. The tour is an 11 hour tour. We have looked into this matter and have been told you overspent time at multiple locations which lead to you not being able to reach all attractions. As this is a bespoke experience, we allow the choice for customers to choose to forgo one location to spend more time at another, and if they happen to, they will be told that will happen. We inform all customers how much time they’ve can spend at each place to ensure a smooth experience. If a customer spends more time at a certain place, it means less time at another. Likewise if a customer spends less time at one attraction they can spend more time at another. You happened stay longer at both of your first two stops, which lead to the day needing to end earlier as the time has ended. We apologise if this wasn’t communicated well enough during your experience and your expectations weren’t met. We try our best to ensure everyone is informed on how this works and when stuck to the timing we allocate can ensure an amazing experience. The driver guide also did offer to take you to Oxford regardless of this to ensure you had a good experience yet you declined.
