    • Adult Ticket: Valid for individuals aged 13 years and older.

    • Children under 4 years old enjoy free entry when accompanied by a paying adult (no ticket required for the child).
    • This event is recommended for all ages. However, please keep in mind that the space is not accessible for prams, and it doesn't have baby-changing facilities.
    • Our venue has a capacity inferior to 500 visitors at once and will follow COVID protocols established by the UK government. Currently, there are no face masks nor COVID-19 vaccination requirements in place to attend this experience
    • Prohibited items at the experience: Flash photography, alcohol, and anything that may disturb the other patrons.
    • To avoid disappointment, please note that VR headsets are not recommended for those with magnetic hearing aids and guests with a pacemaker will not be able to experience the VR portion of this event
    • It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 30 minutes.
