River cruise was a disappointment. Sound system aboard the boat did not work correctly. Sound kept cutting in and out. Make sure you have a good plan of where you want to go and sites you want to see if you book this self guided tour.

This is a total scam! You are much better off just buying your own tickets for the Eurostar and it will save you money. The “guides” were late and my family was not even seated together on the train. Don’t waste your money on this package.

I paid for a day trip via Eurostar to Paris, with a boat cruise and self guided tour. I cannot rate this accurately as the boat cruise portion was cancelled due unanticipated Olympics closures. I was informed of this the day of while on the train to Paris (by our guide, there was no notification from the company). Instead, we walked and took the Metro. Anna, our guide, was very kind and concerned for our safety and ability to enjoy our day, as the city was unusually crowded and access was limited.

Definitely SELF guided experience to Paris. I had a different understanding as I thought we would be a group going to boat ride. But, we were on our own for that too. We could have done the day trip much cheaper if we had bought our own train tickets and boat ride. Paris was lovely though and we would love to return.

The river cruise and the train ride were the best part. Paris was very crowded and I found most of the people I came across were rude.
We did the self guided tour, it might have been better if we did the tour with the guide, she was lovely.

We took the representative's advice and bought metro tickets right on the Eurostar enroute from London to Paris. We found the metro very easy to use from the Gare d' Norde to all the major sites especially the Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Notre Dame and the Arc de Triomphe. As we walked up the stairs from Charles de Gaulle Etoile station, the Arc was right there in all its glory and the Champs Elysles did not disappoint! A great, full day trip!

Anna was our guide and she allowed me the freedom to be on my own and gave us tips of how to get place to place in the quickest order. She was so sweet and even checked on us after our day of running around Paris on our own. We were very please with Anna's kindness, consideration.

As my wife and I were ill, we did not feel like attending this trip nor did we want to take the chance of spreading our illness. But under no circumstances is any money refunded so we were out over $600.00. Won’t ever book with them again or recommend this service.

Great for a short visit to see highlighted places in Paris. Enjoyable train ride as well. We upgraded while on the train to a guided tour to avoid issues. Train station is a good ride to Eiffel Tower. Great tour and informative. Had plenty of time to tour area at Tower and Louvre.
