Nothing more than a driver. He had an ear bud that had history & facts about different attractions the he merely tried to repeat. He didn’t know anything!

They know where to go and the history of the venues.
You were collected in a luxury Mercedes.
The tour was 9.5 hrs.
You had no.problems.
The driver guide mentioned you enjoyed the day.
London is a driver guided tour.
He managed to show you lots of London highlights etc..
We were not informed of any problems during the tour.

The guide was good and offered lot of historic details about London. But the guide doesn't accompany us to the places and admission process is left to the visitors. There was no prior guidance from the tour operator or guide on waiting time for tickets and tour pf places. The guide took us to places only to realize there is lot of waiting time.
