Airport pickup : Flight monitoring , meet and greet service included. Passengers must kept us informed if there is a long immigration line, so we can keep our driver waiting. Passengers can arrange pick up time after 60,90,120,180 minutes from flight landing time to avoid waiting charges. Pickup time request can be mentioned on the "Note" section.
Drivers will come back to do the return transfer on a pre- agreed time slot and changing pickup time within a short notice may not be possible.

No refund offered for last minute cancellations on the day.
Infant seats and booster seats are available on request if advised at time of booking.
Adult pricing applies to all travelers.
Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark.
Waiting charges applies after 15 minutes at a rate of £6.00 for every 15 minutes you are delaying to leave Castle grounds.
Waiting charges, last minutes vehicle upgrade charges or Christmas day, Boxing day, New years day 50% surcharge is payable to driver as a cash payment.
Additional charge of £10.00 GBP per transfer (one-off payment per day) applies for pickups/ drop offs at following areas in London E1, WC1, WC2, EC1, EC2, EC3, EC4, SE1, SW1 and W1. which passengers to pay as a cash payment to driver, to cover London vehicle tax.

Our driver Dushi was excellent!!! Right on time and super pleasant Was even letting us know about some buildings and historical places along the way to hotel Definitely recommend this company!!
