Viking excursion all day London Experience was sold out so we looked to book a private tour to see as much as possible during the one-day time we had. Glad we did! Our very knowledgeable driver and guide, Lynton, was great taking us to both the Tower of London and Westminster Abbey and many other view points and famous places in between to include a wonderful pub for a great fish and chips. This is the way to go and it costs no more than the optional tour but includes much more...including drop-off and pick-up at the door of every venue. Do it!

While we enjoyed seeing the Tower of London and Westminster Abbey, our tour was soured by the experience we had with our guide. Dr Jay was our guide and his condescending and brusque tone was not appreciated. With every question, he felt the need to make a belittling comment with his answer that discouraged the group from asking further questions. By the end of tour, we were mostly silent and looking forward to the end of our time. When made aware of how his tone was affecting the group, his response was flippant and dismissive. Instead of trying to rectify the situation, he offered to end the tour early and drop us off.

I am very said to read this review from the client. I did an excellent job as I always do but these where very argumentative people who did not read anything on what the tour stated we did. They even told me that had not even fully read the tour ad even after they had booked it.
They did not want to follow the itinerary stated and then could not agree with each other on what to see!!
It was very hard for me to please a group that had not discussed with each other on what they wanted.
So I assure you I did my best to try and make them happy.
They even damaged my new vehicle and when I politely asked them to stop pulling all the fridge wires that is when one of them got very rude to me and I was shocked and offered to end the tour if they where truly that unhappy as I would not want to force them to stay with me.
So it is disappointing that you cannot please everyone but we will continue to give our clients amazing tours with awesome guides.
Please see all the 5 star review I have got myself and I am sure you will see what is the truth about what we do and how some people cannot be pleased no matter how had you try to give them an excellent day.

LOVED this tour. Our guide was fantastic and we would book him again in a second! This was so worth the money it allowed us to see so much of London all in one day. Our guide did a great job making it work for us and our teen daughters. His extra saying and stories were charming and made the day extra special. This is the way to see London!
