A very belated thank you for taking the time to write a 5-star review! I really appreciate it. I hope you enjoyed the rest of your vacation and managed to find a secondhand book shop - since we met I've now seen so many I could've suggested! But none as good as the one in Portland. I still have that Italian restaurant on my list, funnily enough an industry friend shared they went there regularly too, not long after our tour.

Our guide was very knowledgeable and funny. We went to 3 Chocolate stores and sampled their goods, everyone was very nice and explained whatever you wanted. Our guide also took us on an extended walking tour of parts of London with funny comments along the way and the areas history. I would recommend this tour.

I turned up to the agreed place, on time, and no one was there, I asked in the shop and they knew nothing about it. It was raining so I assume it had been called off due to inclement weather however there was no communication either way.

I am so sorry that you turned up and we weren't there. I can see now that you booked through Viator/TripAdvisor on Friday night at 7.22pm for the tour at 10am on Monday. Unfortunately I never received notification from Viator/TripAdvisor of your booking and as there were no other guests booked on Monday's tour no one turned up to guide it.
I will process a refund immediately. Again I am really sorry and will speak to them and the booking system I use to make sure that this doesn't happen again.

I booked this tour on a whim and was not disappointed! I loved how it took us to parts of London like Mayfair and Soho which we probably wouldn't have discovered on our own. Our guide Tasha had a very in-depth knowledge of chocolate-making which made the tour both educational and filling. We ate just about the right amount I think, but shopped for more goodies to take home, of course. A must for chocolate lovers!

Excellent Tour!
What a fun experience we had! Our guide was so knowledgeable about chocolate and historical places we went by. The pace we went was perfect. Of course, the chocolates were wonderful. We loved Sketch, our meeting place. What an interesting spot. The hot chocolate was amazing and the pastry.

We loved this tour! Our tour guide, Natasha, was excellent. She met with us at Sketches where we got to sample some chocolates and listen to her talk about the history and wide varieties of chocolate. She was knowledgeable and very friendly. She took the time to explain to our small group the specifics of making chocolate.Then we walked around Mayfair and Soho, sampling various high end chocolates. By the end of the tour, we had our fill of chocolates, but plenty of time to purchase more. We highly recommend this walking tour.

Our guide was very good ,knowledgeable and kind we learnt a lot of history along the way ,we started off at Sketch with a pastry and hot chocolate which was not hot a bit upsetting ..this involves a fair bit of walking and some very expensive chocolates..you might find after wards you need some thing savoury ..also you had chance to buy with a discount at each venue .well worth going o n

Fantastic tour! Our guide was entertaining and informative, giving great details about the area we were touring and the chocolate we tasted. The shops we visited gave a great variety and had interesting stories behind them. I would definitely recommend this tour to others!

The hot chocolate and pastry at Sketch were wonderful---the best of the tour, though the other chocolate tastings were also very good. Our guide on June 15th was very knowledgeable and friendly. We can recommend this tour.
