    We visited as a family of 14 for a family celebration. The communication was great from the very beginning and we were easily able to request substitutions and to sit as close together as possible (the largest table seats 8). The pick up point was easy to find and we boarded quickly. The settings were really lovely and the facilities were nice and clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was great and the tour went past lots of tourist attractions. London pride was taking place during our visit so perhaps the tour had to accommodate the many road closures. I would definitely recommend this for those who want to do something different.

    This was a good time. Food was decent. My only complaint is that they didn’t say what we were passing to get photos and you didn’t know until it was too late. Music played was extremely loud. Would I recommend this to someone? Sure I would for the experience. However I’d recommend knowing where you’re at in London and knowing exactly what you want photos of because nobody tells you on the scenic tour what you’re near. Especially when your back is to everything so you really don’t know until you’re past it.

    This was a great culinary experience from the salmon tartare to the dessert- we thoroughly enjoyed it. The service was amazing and it was a beautiful day in London

    It was a great experience as a date a birthday celebration solo or just because. Tariq and Ryan were great and attentive. The music was good a lot of American music which was great for me. A really great vibe.

    The food was amazing. We had already been exploring throught London for a few days, but this tour allowed us to get above street level to see things from a different perspective. The food was 5 star. We would definitely do this again.

    It's a convenient way for an overall view of the central London with an excellent lunch. I would only suggest a tour annotations for the places along the way, so travelers would know what they see in more details.

    This experience is first class, from the welcome on board and being introduced to the Chef to the excellent 4 course meal and wine. All the staff were excellent. What better way to see the sites of London.

    The views were amazing from the bus and a very good vibe. The food wasn’t that much but I guess it’s a fine dining experience. Overall I loved it but I don’t think the value was that much

    We had the vegetarian selections which were all very well prepared and tasty. Due to the championship soccer match the same day, the route changed due to extra crowds and road closures. While the website tour audio clips informative, no one helped us know where we actually were, what we were driving by and seeing. We also missed 4-5 places completely on the shortened route and spent the entire dessert course stopped at the end point. The bus had a speaker system but no staff used it to actually “guide” us. Cool concept. Could have been executed better. Positive: we saw a lot in a short period of time; nice restroom facilities.

    We missed our excursion because of transportation delays from the airport. I spoke to a very accommodating gentlemen he was willing to either have us meet the excursion or reschedule for us. But when I called back the other person was rude. We could not meet the excursion but wanted to try to reschedule. The person told me he would have to call me back he was helping a customer! I guess I'm not a customer and no call back. Even a call back to explain they couldn't do anything would of been acceptabl . This was not their fault but I'm a customer too
