Fab Experience at The Original Hard Rock Cafe

We had Gold menu. It is a limited menu but we all knew we wanted the burger so it suited us. The food was great and we thought it was great value. We decided to get cocktails with the meal and use the included drink as a coffee at the end of the meal which worked great for us. The staff were fabulous. I’d had to call them as tube stations were closed which meant would be late. We did have to wait a little bit but they accommodated us and were really good about it which we were grateful for especially considering how busy they were. I’d definitely do this again and overeating my party.

Voucher does not give access to traditional menu

Slightly disappointing. The Hard Rock experience itself was great. The restaurant and all the memorabilia are amazing. All the staff were great, but our menu was disappointing. I had no idea that using the voucher bought from Viator would no allow us to choose from the traditional Hard Rock Cafe menu. I was prepared to pay the difference in price and order from the menu, but was told it wasn’t possible. I will be going back to the Hard Rock Cafe, but not with this voucher.

After reading other reviews, made reservations for the same time with OpenTable via the HRC website. We arrived early and they were able to accommodate us. Reserved the gold menu. Had a choice of 5 entrees and brownie for dessert. Both the food and service were great! Asked to see the vault at the shop and we were taken downstairs to see additional memorabilia not currently on display. Perfect ending to our rock and roll tour of London.

We weren’t even seated and they told us to come back in an hour they said they have tried to explain to viator that people who sign up for this excursion are not guaranteed a seat at the given time and that there was nothing they could do because it’s a third party so they sent us away and didn’t even try to resolve the problem that we were standing there with a AR code that should of promised us a table but it did not

Hard Rock is not what is was

We sat at our table for 25 minutes without any staff coming by the table. We ask a different waiter if they could find our server at one point we did also speak to the manager about getting a server. The manager offered to pay for my drink, which he never did. When the food arrived, it was not what my wife ordered.

Skip the line- or not! We had to wait 30 mins for a table - we were told we still had to phone to book a table- the menu was so small with only 2 starters salad or onion rings and only 1 dessert choice! Would have been better paying the same money and having a full choice of menu- truly not worth it!

Great service, lovely waitresses. Great delicious food however they have changed the way they do the Ultimate package works and there is less to choose from but still great food. Free T-Shirts are only white so no choice anymore.

Great venue with great food and music playing from many bands through the years. The whole restaurant had memorabilia hanging all around the restaurant. We even had a tour of some more memorabilia at the hard rock shop where a employee who had vast knowledge told us many things.

I've been to hard rock cafes all over the world. The food is basically the same. Good solid food. Nothing crazy. But good. This is the very first hard rock Cafe ever. The souvenir shop is so big it's in a separate building. Make sure you go down in the vault. U get up close with some of the cool memoribalia

Staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for me. Burger was a bit of a disappointment as it was a bit underdone and tasteless though nachos and cheesecake were divine. Wanted to visit the vault next door and it was advertised as being open from 11:30am onwards with a free tour but due to lack of staff this wasn't possible which was really disappointing.

No queue today, so no need to have a 'skip the queue' benefit, however it was good to pay in advance. The Hard Rock was great. It is pricey for what it is, but the staff are FANTASTIC and the atmosphere BRILLIANT. Pleased to see so many parents with really young children there - the next generation of Hard Rockers?
