We'll reach out to the passenger using any available means to confirm their booking details, and if needed, we can adjust the pickup time and location based on the customer's preferences. Upon arrival at Stonehenge, tickets should be purchased in advance through the official Stonehenge website. We recommend securing your tickets ahead of time to ensure availability and a smooth visit. Once at Stonehenge, your driver will guide you to the entrance, where Stonehenge staff will assist you. A shuttle bus will take you from the parking lot to the monument, with the shuttle service included in the ticket price. Stonehenge opens at 09:30 AM, and while you have full flexibility to choose your preferred pick-up time, we recommend an earlier departure to help avoid traffic and ensure a timely arrival. This will allow you to make the most of your time at the site. Once you arrive, you will have 75 minutes to explore the monument at your own pace, taking in its fascinating history and stunning surroundings. Each passenger is permitted to bring one large or medium suitcase, one carry-on bag, and one personal item, such as a backpack.
