Please be ready at the pickup time. Your chauffeur will contact you on arrival.  Airport pickups: after you clear immigration and collect luggage, proceed to the arrivals hall. Your chauffeur will be waiting with a name sign for the lead traveler.  Hotel or address pickups: meet your chauffeur at the main entrance or the exact address provided. If there are access restrictions or no parking, pickup may be from the nearest safe stopping point.
