Ezywizz picked us up on time inside the airport. They waited for us patiently as we had lots of luggage to collect. The vehicles were nice and the ride to our place was pleasant. The only down side is that I would have preferred to be picked up at the curb side rather than walking to the parking garage. However, it’s not that big of a deal. Overall we were pleased.
Second time with this service and just as pleased as the first time. The driver was very patient and very helpful.

Airport pick up to hotel. Went well. Informative driver. On time and as advertised. Comfortable automobile.
We were waiting for about 40 minutes at the airport (unreliable). All details of my flight and address were provided weeks in advance. Then, the driver took a long route through down town, google maps marked other route 30 minutes faster, but he went the very long way. lack of empathy after waiting for so long and coming from international flight to London.
I only pre-booked 1 car for two passengers with 5 am pick up. Two cars showed up. The pre-booked pick up for 11 passengers for 1pm, for 2 vans, only one showed up. Had to rush to get a taxi for our flight. I don’t understand where the disconnect was.
When we arrived there was constant contact with the operator to let me know that our pickup driver has arrived and where we could find him.

The best service anyone could ask for! The attentiveness began the day before our pick, ensuring we had arrived and welcoming us to London. They ensured we had the right-sized vehicle for pick up and drop off.... I would so absolutely recommend them 1000 times!!!
