Highlights of London Tour

The driver drove past the sights. There was no time to visit the sights Viator is not taking responsibility for any disservice. Which is a great pity. Terms and conditions were not told to us prior to the tour. A waste of our time and money. Viator refused to compensate us for our loss.

We are sorry to hear you did not enjoy your Highlights of London tour. The description clearly states that it is street level tour to see the main landmarks of London from the comfort of your own private vehicle. It is an introduction to London. Our driver-guide did make all the stops for you and then some. You chose to stay in the car instead of doing the Westminster and City walking tours due to the rain and the wind which was obviously beyond our control.
