We will send a 2nd confirmation including meeting point and pickup time information 48 hours prior to your pickup date.
Passengers must enter their pickup time in "note" section Ex: Pickup after 60, 75, 90,120 or 180 minutes from flight landed time, If we haven't received a pre - requested pickup time, we will be sending a driver inside after 60 minutes from flight landed time and passengers to pay any waiting charges as a cash payment to driver. (25 minutes free waiting time offered from the time driver walks inside the terminal)
Adult pricing applies to all passengers.
Infant seats are available on request if advised at time of booking.
Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark

Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
Waiting charges: 25 minutes free waiting time available from the time you request your pick up time at the Airport. Thereafter £12.00 charge applies for every additional 15 minutes.
Hotel / Accommodation pick up : 10 minutes free waiting time available.
Leaving your pickup point with another operator without contacting us 1st will result in non refundable cancellation.
If passengers think , they may need longer time than pre-requested pickup time, They must contact us within 45 minutes from flight landing time so we can keep driver waiting. If we did not hear from passenger after 90 minutes from flight landed time, booking will be result in passenger no show non refundable cancellation.
Please note, stopping at a second address to collect keys for rental properties may subject to small additional charge depending on the distance between 2 address locations within London.
Waiting charges, last minutes vehicle upgrade charges or Christmas day, Boxing day,New years day eve, New years day 50% surcharge is payable to driver as a cash payment.

Was not able to connect with driver using the cell number that was provided. He was supposed to monitor flight information. We advised our location via email and then waited 20 minutes. The van air conditioning did not work and it was a very hot day. Was not able to find hotel drop off address. We circled the area three times before we found it.

Dear Sir, Your pickup was arranged after 70 minutes from flight landed time. We already send you necessary information regarding the meeting point and time. Our driver came on time and the reason you had to wait is you managed to collect your luggage sooner than the scheduled pickup time. Flight Number: UA--- Display Name: BILL H--------- Driver Pickup Time: After 70 minutes Meeting Point: Arrival Hall in front of WHSmith shop This particular hotel is a bit difficult to locate as the entrance to the hotel is on a side road but the address given will take drivers to the main road. Due to the one way system around that area, the driver has no other option to circle around. Due to the pandemic , we lost many experienced drivers and new drivers taking time to get to know their way around the city. He admitted that he was panicking because of his non-working AC unit because it only stopped working when he picked your group up from the airport. Straight after dropping you off, he informed us of this issue and we removed his vehicle from our fleet till he got it fixed. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
