Meeting Points – Central London Please wait in the hotel lobby or outside the main entrance of your residence at the scheduled pick-up time. Waiting Time Policy – Central London We include 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time from your scheduled pick-up. If passengers don’t show within 15 minutes, extended waiting will be charged from £12.50 per 15-minute slot, depending on the vehicle category. No-Show: If after 30 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time the passenger is uncontactable or fails to show up to the meeting point, the booking will be classified as a no-show, and a refund will not be possible.
