Great day with Nohl. He was an accommodating and knowledgeable tour guide. I missed, during the booking process, that the entry into Stonehenge wasn't included, but that is on me. The secret place was very sweet.

Ok. Stonehenge has been on my list since I was a kid. But it is highly commercialized now and overcrowded. You could be standing and viewing the historic site two feet away from the ropes (yes, you can't get close to it anymore because....people) and someone will come stand right in front of you even if there are plenty of open viewing spots nearby. They funnel you in and out through the gift shop. But all of that aside, the tour guide was great. The vehicle was comfortable. We really enjoy small group tours. And the other two stops were fabulous. I do recommend this tour, but be prepared for what Stonehenge has become.

We completely hear you regarding the crowds and the 'funnel' experience. It has certainly become more commercialized over the years, and it can be frustrating when other visitors don't respect personal space! However, we agree that despite the ropes and the gift shops, the site itself remains absolutely amazing. There is a prehistoric magic there that survives even the busiest afternoons.

It was perfect for us! We were able to see Stonehenge, Bath ( such a super cool city) and the secret place was over the top with authentic English history! Nohl wa our tour guide and he never tired of offering the history with areas, streets, homes, and cities. We wanted a well rounded experience of England and we got it! I appreciated the great info before our trip, regular access to bathrooms, food, and freedom to explore. So glad I booked this trip with only 3 days to spend in the London area!

Lucy was an excellent guide for this fun day trip! She is very witty and knowledgeable about both Stonehenge and Bath. She also regaled us with stories and interesting facts about the different London boroughs. The “secret place” was festively decorated and fun despite the rain. We would highly recommend both the English Bus and Lucy! (In fact, we tried to find another tour with them for later in the week!)

Fantastic experience on this small group tour. Nine of us were driven in a comfortable 16 passenger van by Jon, a very informative and entertaining guide. A pretty well balanced trip that didn't feel rushed or overwhelming.

Val was great, she was energetic and regaled us with a crash course history lesson while we drove along the countryside so we'd better understand the sites we were going to. Trekking through Harry Potter land at night was super cool.

Val was terrific! I'd give her 10 stars if I could! So smart, so articulate, so knowledgeable, so funny and so fun (and rocker and a fantastic bus driver to boot!). I fully appreciated the extra mile she went to ensure everyone was comfortable during the trip. I greatly enjoyed her wide and deep knowledge on many subjects relating to Stone Henge, Bath, Roman history and British history in general. Great side trip to a medieval village and 1361 pub. Best tour our entire trip! John was amazing, knowledgeable, entertaining, kept us all engaged. Loved that it was a small group.
