Our guide did a great job! We loved our tour. He made sure to make sure we all followed along and took great Instagram worthy photos.

Guide never showed up. Heartbroken over this. Three of us showed up 30 minutes before the tour at the location and waiting until 60 minutes after the start time. Talked to other tours guides and they never heard of this company. Reached out to the tour company directly. No response to calls or texts from us or Viator. Sent email, no response, and no reply to texts through the Viator app.
Filled a complaint hoping for a refund, will be looking at what steps I can do to recover the money we paid. Our first day in London ruined. What a shame, we all looked forward to this tour. Shame on you for breaking our hearts and leaving us out in the freezing cold.

Nobody meet in the meeting point, so no plans for today, really frustrating. I have a four-year child with me, no other plans for today, of course… lost 200 €.
I tried To contact the guide, nobody’s answering.
I even tried to call that’s again a robot. I have no answers to my questions.
I hope I will get a full refund.

Please go through reviews before booking this, it is really a scam. They booked for 10am slot and just before half hour, i got informed they are overbooked. I was left stranded at the meeting point where they asked to meet up. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Beware, this trip is a SCAM! I arrived here at the pick up spot an hour early, it’s now 5:20pm, I have called the operator (no response just a voicemail), I have texted and I’ve asked around near The Ritz and Green Park Station and no one has shown up neither responded. For a solo traveler this is extremely disappointing as I have no pictures yet but all future patrons beware of this!!!

We are very sorry to read your comments, but after carefully reviewing our records for your booking date, we can confirm that our guide was present at the meeting point (Green Park Station, near The Ritz) before the scheduled departure time and departed after waiting the allotted 5 minutes, in accordance with our punctuality policy. Unfortunately, we did not see you at the meeting point during this time.
Our contact number was active throughout the day, and we did not receive any live calls from your booking contact number. We always recommend guests call us directly rather than leave a voicemail to ensure an immediate response before the tour departs.
We take our guests’ experiences and safety very seriously, and we would never “scam” any customer. While we regret you missed the tour, this was not due to any operational fault on our side, and the booking therefore falls under our no-show policy.
We would be happy to offer you a goodwill discount if you wish to join us on a future tour.

They don’t appear on the agreed time and just leave not even checking with the people that paid for the your . We arrived at the agreed time and the guide was no where to be found , I tried calling but their phone goes to VM . Don’t fall for this trap !

The quickest way to see and experience major highlights of London! We got to London mid afternoon, we had no choice but to book the afternoon 5pm tour. As expected, it was already dark… we saw London in a different light this time.

If I could give zero stars, I would! Avoid this company at all costs! This company likely doesn’t really exist and they are just scammers. We booked this tour and arrived to the meeting point on time, but couldn’t find our guide. We found 4+ guides from other companies, but ours was nowhere to be found. We reached out to the company, but they responded over an hour later, only after we reached out to Viator. They acknowledged the difficulty in locating the guide due to a large number of tours meeting at that same location at the same time. They offered to reschedule the tour for 9am the following day. Although we had a train to catch, we agreed because she assured us the tour wouldn’t last as long due to it being two people. We arrived the next day at 8:45am, but our tour guide never showed up! We began messaging the tour guide, the company, and Viator. The tour guide responded at 9:11am and said he would arrive at the meeting point at 10:15am!!!! We were confused so we clarified the starting time of our tour at 9am. He acknowledged that time and again stated he would be there by 10:15am! We declined, not only because we had a train to catch, but also because we were unwilling to wait an additional 1 hour and 15 minutes in the cold!!! We said we would have to request a refund. He didn’t seem to care either way. The company never responded! Viator said they would put in the refund request, “investigate”, and get back to us. Viator responded later stating the refund was denied. This was supposed to be one of the highlights of our trip! This entire ordeal was a massive waste of time!!!!! Do yourself a favor and book with a different company or just use the hop-on hop-off bus!
