Fantastic Desert Tour

We took this two day tour with Alex and Esterling and had a wonderful time. We would book with them again and recommend the experience. The sites were fantastic: the oasis was beautiful and the buggy ride and sand boarding was so fun. I get severe motion sickness and Dramamine did the trick here. Alex recommended so many delicious restaurants, and we had great meals thanks to him. He was very attentive and helpful, and we felt so taken care of. The Nazca lines were an incredible experience but my Dramamine didn’t work here but the ride is only about 30 minutes. We especially loved seeing the wildlife around Ballestas Islands and really enjoyed the tour of the Paracas National Reserve. But really Alex and Esterling made it such a great experience. They were so kind and friendly, proud of Peru and Peruvian culture, and made sure we had a great time. There is a lot of driving on this tour but in the morning you can sleep and you can also see a lot by driving around. Esterling was also a fantastic driver and so kind to us. We felt so taken care of and had a wonderful time!

Great day trip out of Lima

Such a great experience overall. I wont lie, it is a very long drive from Lima to the airport but we knew that going in so it wasn't a surprise. Mario, our guide was super knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He was also an excellent photographer for us! He really made us feel welcome! Our driver Juan was an expert at navigating the traffic in a safe and efficient manner. Seeing the Nazca Lines was truly a once in a lifetime experience, but the dune buggies and sand-boarding really made the trip an unforgettable experience! The Restaurant at the Huacachina Oasis was magnificent and the food was amazing. I would highly recommend this experience!

A long but very fun day!

Two great things in a day! We had a fantastic time doing the activities. Things to note- even if you don’t have motion sickness take some anti nausea medication like Dramamine. More than half the plane got sick during the flight. Bring toilet tissue for the ride too since it is a very long car ride and the places you stop don’t always have soap or tissue. The lunch was delicious and we had such a great time on the dune buggy. Our guide Miguel was really nice and took care of us. He even helped us figure out the coffee machine on a stop. While the day is a long one, it is so worth it. We really enjoyed the day and would do it again.

NOT A ONE DAY TRIP !

This is not a trip you should offer in one day !! 500 km to go and 500km to come back to Lima ! Insane 14 hrs driving ? In a small old suv … The guide was really good, but the trip is exhausting. I arrived yesterday from Italy after 14 hrs on a plane, the last thing I wanted to do is be stuck in a car for another 14 …/ You must be clear and let people,who’ve never been In Peru ( like me ), know that !! We left the hotel at 4:30 am and got dropped off at 10pm NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE

Turbulating and positive emotions

Well organized tour where I felt being taken care of all the time. When flying with the small plane one must be ready for air sickness - there were turbulences and twists all the time. But the experience of seeing the lines is well worth it. The desert buggying and snowboarding was unexpected fun which brought lots of positive emotions. Manuel, the guide, was very nice guy and gave some information about pasutec and nasca cultures. I recommend this tour to everyone!

Went on this trip with my friend. Our tour guide and the driver were super sweet, it was a lot of driving, but super comfy car with a few stops, so still worth it. Def worth flying over the Nazca lines and seeing the sand dunes. So much fun driving in the buggy all over the dunes (it’s one big buggy driven by a guide, it is not a buggy for each). The only disappointment was to find out that the sand boarding is not actually a real sand boarding. We were disappointed because that was honestly the whole reason I booked exactly THIS trip. You go down the dunes, but on a plain board without the binding and without boots. And you lay down on your stomach. I wish the description was more specific about this matter, as I am sure I wasn’t the only one expecting to actually sand board. I understand the safety behind this but would appreciate mentioning it in the trip description. Otherwise great trip.

Our tour was amazing from start to finish. Our guide, Athenas, spoke excellent English and took care of us all day. She was very knowledgeable about Peruvian history and shared a ton of information during the drive to and from Ica. The sand buggy ride and sand boarding was a blast-kind of a personalized roller coaster ride-and the dunes were a beautiful sight. Lunch at the Oasis at a local spot was delicious and our guide helped us with recommendations on trying local foods and drinks. After the Oasis we drove along the shore to the airport and boarded a plane with about 6 other people for the flight to see the Nazca lines. The pilot made tight turns to make sure everyone gets a good view of the various figures. Finally, during the drive home, we stopped to try some of the local Pisco wines and other drinks. I can’t say enough about the personal attention and ease with which our guides planned and carried out the day. Our driver and car were also very professional. Highly recommend!! Thanks!!

Best Way to Tour Nazca and Huacachina

This is the most comfortable way to get Nazca and Huachchina. It's also the best way to see the nazca lines, and the sand dunes around Huacachina. Outstanding tour company. They also help contribute to the local communities in Peru, which is an added benefit.

Expensive but Worth Private Tour

The tour guide Jean Paul is very responsive person. He texted us few days before the departure date to make confirmation. Arrive on time 6am to pick us up at our hotel. Informative enough to brief us about Lima Peru. We enjoyed sand bungy at Huacachina very much as well as sand boarding. Next it’s really save our time if go Nazca Lines via Ica. We also have Prisco tasting time before we leaving Ica. Then we back to Lima about 8:30pm.
