The tour was great and covered so much. Lunch was fantastic the catacombs the fishing port everything was interesting and fun
Our guide Klaudia and our driver Henry were both great
This tour was one of the highlights of my time in Lima! It was a small group of just four people - myself, another solo traveler, and a couple - which made the experience feel personal and relaxed.
The itinerary was fantastic. We saw so much of Lima in one day, from the historic center and its fascinating history to the different neighborhoods, markets, and cultural highlights. Everything was thoughtfully organized, and the day had a great balance of sightseeing, history, culture, and food without feeling rushed.
The food was another highlight. Everything we tried was delicious, and I loved that the tour incorporated local flavors and gave us the opportunity to experience Lima through its food as well.
Our driver, Eduardo, was wonderful. The van was clean and comfortable, and Eduardo was professional, friendly, and an excellent driver. Having reliable transportation throughout the day made the experience so easy and enjoyable.
But the absolute star of the tour was our guide, Claudia. She was truly exceptional. Claudia was knowledgeable, warm, engaging, and clearly passionate about Lima and its history. Her storytelling brought the places we visited to life, and she had a wonderful way of making everyone feel included and comfortable. She went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and getting the most out of the day.
Claudia and Eduardo made an already excellent itinerary into a truly memorable experience. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Lima - and if you’re lucky enough to have Claudia as your guide, you’re in for a treat!

We booked this tour on short notice (night before) and we're pleasantly surprised to discover were were the only two on the tour - so a private tour!! Karolina was our guide and we also had a driver so Karolina was able to speak to us without distraction and communicate with the driver on dropoffs and pickups at the different locations we visited. At each stop we were given the opportunity to walk around while Karolina explained the area of the city and talked knowledgeably about Peruvian history and culture. Each stop had it own personality and we got a good feeling for the area and personality of the neighborhood. Each stop was unique and the tour gave us great insight into the city. We went to:
1. Fishermans Wharf
2. Barranco neighborhhood
3. Love Park
4. Hauca Pucllana
5. Local market for tasting of unique fruits
6. Cevicherria
7. Plaza de Aarmas
8. San Francisco Monestary and Catacombs
We were also fortunate to be touring during the Santa Rosa festival so we were able to view the procession and the beautiful street art.
The included lunch was also delicious and our guide called ahead to order so we didn't have long wait.

This was the absolute perfect full day tour on my first day in Peru. The guide, Alex, was amazingly knowledgeable with excellent English. He shared so many interesting insights into Lima and Peru. Managed to taste various local fruits at the market. Had a delicious lunch and generally learned a lot. I highly recommend this tour for a starting point to travelling in Peru.

Our guide, Alexander, was exceptional — incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and also very humble and personable throughout the day. What really stood out was how he adapted the tour to suit us, making sure we saw everything we hadn’t already explored on our own. That flexibility made the experience feel very personal rather than scripted.
A huge thank you also to Eduardo, our driver, who was professional, friendly, and made getting around Lima smooth and comfortable.
The highlight of the day was lunch in a traditional Peruvian fish restaurant, enjoying beers alongside local people and sampling authentic Peruvian seafood dishes — especially the ceviche, which was outstanding. The fresh fish cured in lime with herbs and local flavours was a real culinary highlight and gave us a genuine taste of Peru.
This tour gave us the perfect blend of history, culture, local life, and food. If you’re visiting Lima and want to make the most of your time, this tour is an excellent choice.

Great tour, Alexandr was knowledgable and kind, I learned a lot about Lima. Lunch was delicious at the local cafe with very Peruvian vibe. The Convent and catacomb were my highlights . Would recommend.

Claudia did a wonderful job touring us around Lima. She was detailed and very knowledgeable. It was a lot of fun, and the driver did a good job navigating the streets.

There are so many exciting things to see
Absolutely fabulous day trip around Lima. Alex was very professional, a great host and so knowledgeable. We landed at a Sunday Market where we sampled several nati e fruits. Walked around the more "Bohemian" neighborhood of Barranco and beach-side fishing market of Chorrillos and then into Dowtown. We had a lovely Peruvian lunch and finished the day shopping and touring the San Francisco convent and catacombs. It was awesome!

Our guide, Juan, was magnificent providing fascinating insight into the Peruvian culture and history. This is a must do tour. My wife and I are almost 70 years old. Walking was manageable.
I want to recommend Klaudia as the best tour guide in this trip. She is extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. My partner got mosquito bites and she helped with connecting with a pharmacy.

A great way to see the main highlights of Lima if you don’t have much time in the city. Claudia our guide was excellent and had so much knowledge to give on all areas visited. Quality of the lunch was very good but could have been hotter which is a minor point to look at and may have been a one off. Our driver was also very good providing a top class level of service throughout - thank you.

A great day starting from a tasting of local produce at a market, walking around the outside of the pyramid and going to the hip suburbs before finishing in old town which was the highlight. The tour guide Alex was great.
Alexander was a great tour guide. His Lima knowledge was apparent from the start. I appreciated his ability to recognize my walking strengths and limitations. We were all over Peru. Highlight for me was the St Francis Cathedral and Catacombs tour at the end…kinda frightening and interesting at the same time….Mass was a surprising extra
We really enjoyed our tour with Claudia and Sterling. They took us to the points mentioned and explained more about them as we moved around. The meal was loval dishes served hot (the Lomo Saltado was delicious). The minibus was comfortable and punctual, and communications were spot on.
This was informative, fun, and tasty tour. The tour guide was excellent and covered a variety of city attractions, including a visit to a market, Barranco, fish market, catacombs and delicious lunch.
Amazing experience, our tour guide Juan was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend this tour to know more of Lima. Our group was small therefore the experience was more personalized.
Fantastic toward today with Juan, seeing all that Lima has to offer in a short time. We learned so much about the different areas. We visited Miraflores, Barranco, the downtown District, and even the wharf! We were able to visit a farmers market and learned so much about the native fruit of Peru - and we got to taste them all !!We got to see the famous kissing statue, the glass bottom bridge, cool are in murals in Barranco, all the boats down on the wharf, we had a fantastic lunch- my favorite part was one explaining all of the different trails, and starters to choose from.
We had a fabulous day out with our superb guide Renzo. The tour was well paced and we weren’t rushed at all, we had enough time take photos and buy souvenirs along the way. The facts Renzo provided were interesting and informative and he made it good fun too. His English was perfect too. Our lunch stop was authentic Peruvian food, eating with the locals which was a real treat. The fruit tasting was a pleasant surprise too and we tried many fruits that were new to us. He was a very experienced guide and I can honestly say that this was the best tour we had done in a long time and well worth the money. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this tour ans Renzo too. Thank you for a wonderful memory of Lima.
Excellent guide, excellent tour! He gave us a lot of not well known information and organised the tour perfectly. The lunch was also perfect Peruvian food.
