Our tour guide was so informative & friendly.
It was a great way to see the city, the tour helped us discover the Jewish quarter which became a favourite part of the city for us - it’s a lot more authentic than the main square etc.

Best to do on a good day. If the side covers are dropped its difficult to see as much. Otherwise very informative and a pleasant trip overall. Recommended.

Great way to see the Jewish quarter and ghetto. Very useful played information and clear translator guiding us through. Good to do at start of holiday to get your bearings.

Value for money, if your traveling with seniors or anyone with mobility problem i suggest taking this tour. You get to see a lot of places with other tourist while listening to your tour guide and an audio about the history of each area

The tour itself was five stars. We covered a large portion of the Jewish ghetto district of Kraków. The audio was in multiple languages but definitely antiquated technology. The tour provided a great deal of history. The negative was we were the last names called and therefore put in the back of the golf cart which was a 2 seater, but there were 3 of us, adult size so we were super crammed. We also were facing the wrong direction. We were unable to hear the tour guide when she spoke or see all the sites until we had passed them.

Could not understand the guide and he did not use any launguage audio. He only took us to the Jewish area not krakow town also

Gives you an overview of the Jewish quarter. 1 stop and got to go into a beautiful church. It was raining so unable to take pictures as sides were down on the buggy, but I thought we would have had a few more photo opportunities, however not really the tour guides fault.

Chaotic during pickup. Little to no engagement from the driver. Audio guide was not cohesive. A good choice if you want to see other parts of krakow than old town but do not want to walk.
