Well organized, car was great, on time, very nice driver (Lukas), highly recommended. Just note that pickup schedule could change the day before, so make sure you are available from early morning on.

The driver Matteusz (Matty) knew what he was doing, very smooth drive, as well as the guide was very knowledgable and provided lots of information as well as answered any questions we had. I also took the lunch and was expecting only a sandwitch and juice but there were also some fruits and a nice snack bar, that was a nice suprise!
The tour program was okay, but the only drawback was that there was no time to sit down and have lunch. I recommend eating before the trip because you'll only be able to drink water.

The Museum does not anticipate a lunch break at all, as the time allocated for the visit is fixed by the Museum itself, as our driver mentioned during the tour. Most other companies offer only a 5–10 minute stop, while we do our best to provide around 15 minutes whenever possible.
For this reason, we inform our guests in advance that they should either bring their own food or take advantage of our lunchbox option, as there is very limited time available.
We genuinely feel that our service did not deserve such a low rating.
