Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the tour start time. Once the group has entered, late arrivals cannot join and tickets are non-refundable.
The exhibition features narrow corridors and an immersive layout reflecting wartime Kraków. Although the building once operated as Schindler’s factory, it now functions solely as a museum and does not contain original production equipment.
All group tours are conducted in one language, selected at booking. Group size is limited to a maximum of 25 participants.
Start times are approximate and may change due to museum scheduling. Full names of all participants are required at booking, as tickets are issued individually. Failure to provide names may result in denied entry

Good tour, but too :any people on the tour

I would have given it 5 stars, but the rooms were small and we had a group of about 23 people. It was entirely too many people. I th8nk 15 people would have been a good number. Most of the time everyone could not fit I. The same room at the same time; therefore, everyone could. To be I. The same room with the tour guide.
