Very professional. Comfortable transport. Prompt pick up times. Easy to communicate with. Viator had to change our day which initially upset our itinerary but they accommodated us the following day. Mattew/ Matteus ? Was our group guide who was lovely, but a lovely lady gave us the tour of Auschwitz, who was so respectful and spoke so clearly .I cannot recall her name.Experience will be never forgotten

Very interesting visit to Auschwitz and Birkenau. Good communication and pickup. Patryk and Eugen did an excellent job of looking after us and guiding us through the camps with a knowledgeable and informative tour. Highly recommended.

Its really difficult to write a review on something like this because it has to be experienced if only to get a small glimpse of what these people went through its a life changing trip very humbling and emotional.... our tour guide was amazing very knowledgeable and Matt our driver was such a lovely guy so nice to chat to him during the journey a credit to your company....highly recommended and very well organised

They cancelled my booking after I arrived in Krakow!

I booked a private Auschwitz tour through this operator and received confirmation immediately after my credit card was charged. However, after arriving in Kraków, I was informed that the tickets had to be rescheduled to the following day because the museum had allegedly refused to issue them. I reluctantly agreed and rearranged my plans, booking another tour for the original day. To my surprise, I later received another message stating that the Auschwitz tour had been cancelled altogether. As visiting Auschwitz was the primary reason for my trip to Kraków, this was extremely disappointing. I asked the operator to find any available alternative, but the only option offered was a “safari-style” drive-by tour of the camp exterior, with no possibility of entering the site. The explanations provided for the cancellation were inconsistent and largely shifted responsibility to either me or the museum. The operator suggested the booking request was made too late, despite the fact that I booked two weeks before my visit. They also claimed that the museum was cancelling tickets, which I later verified was untrue when I spoke directly with staff at the visitor centre. My advice to future travellers is to book Auschwitz tickets directly whenever possible, or at the very least request proof that tickets have actually been secured on your behalf. As a further example, I also asked this operator to arrange tickets for Schindler’s Factory and was told none were available. Yet I went there in person and was able to purchase a ticket directly from the ticket office without difficulty. Overall, my experience was frustrating, disruptive, and undermined confidence in the operator’s claims regarding ticket availability.

Substantially changed pickup time and departure point after the 24 Hr deadline to cancel had been passed.

Called me the afternoon before the trip to tell me our pickup had been moved from 07:00 to 05:40 and would not be from the hotel as advertised. Would not agree to a cancellation or refund so we had to go. Told us that could not get tickets at the agreed tour time and that bus was too large to get to the hotel. The pick up point wasn't far away but they were calling chasing us up at 05:33. The large bus was was actually a minivan that could easily have got to our hotel, and was very cramped Not surprisingly we were one of the first groups to arrive at the site but it took so long to get entrance tickets arranged that by the time we joined the queue there were several hundred people who had arrived after us that were already waiting. It took 40 minutes to get to the entrance. Once we were in we were ushered to a side area and waited a further 20 minutes with no explanation although i suspect we had missed our slot. Our guide , provided by the site and not the tour operator as far as i could tell, was not the best, being very repettitive. Overall dissapointed.

Eugene our driver and guide was amazing. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous and told the story in an compastionte way. He picked us up promptly at our hotel in central Krakaw. We would thoroughly recommend this tour. Our 10am tour was cancelled as all tickets were sold out. We were put on the 4pm tour, which turned out to be an amazing time to go, not during the extremely busy crowds in the morning. Perfect.

An agreeable compromise

Unfortunately, and beyond everyone’s control, the day we had booked to go was a day booked at short notice for Jewish remembrance, so we were u able to visit the museum. A full refund was offered or a 50% refund but we could have a safari style tour with a guide for the afternoon. We have just returned and were able to see the camps and wagons and the guide was very knowledgeable on the subject. We feel we have seen enough to get a true reflection on the subject and would recommend the tour to anyone who finds themselves in the same position.

It was transported by a mini van, but tour itself was not in small group. It was with many groups about 30 people. Tour guide was very knowledgeable and we leaned a lot, but it was kind of rushed because other group of tours were right behind of us. The driver, Ivan, was right on time, communicated well. Tour was supposed to start from 7am, but it was moved to 12:20, they said the tickets were not available on that morning.

Very Poor Experience

So to start with our tour was put back from a 7am pick up to 12:30, the evening before our trip, with our free hotel pick up cancelled even though we were on an accessible street. We then had a delay of over an hour in our pick up, because of a marathon. I presume that this was put in place months before and the company would have known about road closures etc. Our trip now started at 1:30pm , which was six and a half hours later than arranged, which was unacceptable. We paid for an English speaking tour, who was very poor and was not fluent in any way. The tour felt very rushed as at the end it was starting to get dark. We finally got back around 10pm, so missed our dinner reservation and our last evening in the city which was not good when you are only there for a few nights. Overall, a very poor experience which saddens me as I use this company slot. The customs service was poor and refused to refund any of my trip, including the €50 I lost on a dinner reservation. Very poor experience.

Driver was 40 minutes late for the pickup due to the Krakow marathon but I'm sure the event was planned in advance so they should have anticipated the traffic issues. Onsite guide was knowledgeable but spoke very fast and her English wasn't really good enough to be a tour guide.
