Arrived there 20 minutes before the time slot as thought it may be busy. 25 minutes after our original time slot I tried to contact the tour guide, number went straight to voicemail, after speaking to someone through chat, they told me that the tour guide said they had told me about the change and I had said it was ok. This was untrue. We could not make the time slot that was given, and now I am being told I can not get a refund. I’m so disappointed that this has happened. And that the tour guide has lied about the communication.

Really poor we were advised the trip was overbooked so given a new time however on arrival at the museum half an hour before our booked trip we enquired about the entry time with supercracow to be advised it had been cancelled. On live chat was told this was cancelled and offered full refund very disappointed as it cost 95pln to get there and then the same back with no entry to the museum and lost a full days holiday due to you changing the times of our tickets very upsetting and disappointing

The factory has been turned into a museum about the work camps etc and it was very interesting. The guide was awful. Talked extremely fast and hurried us thru, that was disappointing.

Top level information on Krakow during WWIi. The tour did not only address the factory. But the entire Nazi approach to handling the Polish jews and the role that Schindler played in his business approach and rescuing over a thousand jews.

The tour was interesting with a lot of history of the Jewish people in Krakow. However, very little reference to Oscar Sch indeed throughout the tour. Its as if they decided to put a museum about Jewish history and just selected the factory. Somewhat disappointing.

The guide was insightful and a nice add to the experience; however, having the guide also prevents you from truly immersing yourself in the museum because you end up being on a clock in each area and do not have enough time to read the various descriptions and relevant details of the exhibits. It depends on what type of experience you want as the tour guide is a high premium compared to the 20 zolty standard admission. The bigger problem from our experience was that our headsets did not work for the entirety of the tour. This was a common issue in our group and the tour guide acknowledged that the head sets were not the best and were likely the problem. When paying such a premium for this experience we thought that having audio issues was a main concern and they need to be corrected for future groups.

I expected the museum to be focused on the factory and the rescue of Jewish employees but not at all. This is focused on the History of Poland and the invasion of the Nazies, which was very interesting. Our guide was very knowledgeable although not confident in speaking English. A negative point of the visit is that the museum is very narrow and the group was too large (21 people!) for such small place. The guide was unable to show items to all the group at the same time (we had headset but of poor quality and not reusable). There was almost no seat or space it was claustrophobic at times. Either the museum needs to organise better or the tour should limit the group size because it was not adapted to the space.

It was nice to be able to skip the line as there was a very long cue. The tour started right on time and was very interesting. We had a hesdset which was very useful to hear the guide. The guide was good and very informative. The downside was that we were quite a big group and the rooms of the museum are not very good so it felt quite crowded. If I could, in the future I would visit during the week to avoid the crowds I recommend it if you want to learn more about the history of Krakow during WW2

Fantastic tour! Our guide and the tour was amazing! The tour and our guide was well-organized. The museum is well-curated and very interesting. It lasted exactly 1.5 hours. Our kids (15 and 12) enjoyed it too. Enjoy!

Fantastic museum experience. We had the guided tour and it’s totally worth it if (like us) you want the Polish war story brought to life without reading pages and pages… the Eagle Pharmacy museum is 5 minute walk away too, so plan that into your trip as well, it’s only £4. The Gestapo museum completes their “memory trail” of the key 3 WWII museums in Krakow….. all great.

Guide was knowledgeable and gav great overview of Krakow during WW2. It's does not devote much time or focus on Schindler's factory. So if your focus is all about Schindler the entire museum won't be as interesting. However, it is a great museum.
