Fernando had a very strong accent which was hard to understand at times but probably more to do with our inability to interpret the accent. It is such a fabulous site to see.

Everything was wonderful. Pedro was very knowledgeable and the 3 hours tour just flew. We learned a lot and the Alhambra is now a highlight of our Andalucian trip.

A must ! Do all three Oalaces and gardens we had been before but last time we only did one. That was a mistake. Our guide Pedro was great. We would definitely recommend this tour.

Everyone will tell you that it is a must see. This was the sole purpose for our trip to Granada. No pictures can describe it or capture its beauty. You have to experience being in the palaces perched up on the hill to understand the beauty of what was built so many years ago. We had an excellent guide with great knowledge of the history of the Alhambra and her English was clear and understandable. This makes the tour just that more interesting when you are explained each room and the culture and traditions that went along with those times. ENJOY!!!

I only booked a tour because of the difficulty of booking tickets for Alhambra by credit card from Australia, but was very glad in the end that I did do a tour. This place is enormous, and my visit was definitely enhanced by being in a group. The earphones were a pleasant surprise, as I have a hearing defect and audio tours usually don't work for me, but the quality technology meant that I could participate and hear the guide well. It is a long tour, but there is a break in the middle which was welcome. There are also quite a few places where you can sit down for a few minutes to ease your feet if necessary. There is however a lot of climbing up and down steps, and I dropped out just before the end not wishing to climb any more. Our guide spoke good English and was very enthusiastic and pleasant to be with. Definitely to be recommended.

Excellent, informative tour! Our guide maintained our interest with her knowledge of the Alhamra and expressive voice. We walked at a good pace for our group with a significant range of ages 30s to 70s and had ample opportunity for photos along the way. We also appreciated the mid-tour break with time to sit down and/or explore a bit on our own.

We were disappointed with the tour for the reason that one of our party of 4 lost her ticket at the start and was unable to complete the tour. The regulations were so strict about needing a ticket at each stage, that she was unable to get past the first visit and this was very, very disappointing for her and for us. The guide was apologetic but was unable to help in any way. So, our pleasure in being at the Alhambra was significantly affected by this great disappointment, that one of us wasn't able to be there to see it.

Despite the change in start time that was emailed to me the day before no wifi in apartment so I didn't see it , the tour itself was excellent and our guide was a local with immense and informative knowledge of the Alhambra. She also gave good tips for things to do after the tour which were spot on , simply a brilliant guide , it's just a shame I can't remember her name :

Contraté este tour porque en la descripción de Viator especificaba “Tour en grupos pequeños con un máximo de 10 personas” me sentí bastante engañada cuando vi que en nuestro grupo nos juntaron a 30 personas; lo que supuso que el sonido del micrófono que usaba el guía con nuestros auriculares se perdía si no estábamos pegados a ella; que era más incomodo al atravesar las zonas de los palacios cuando nos juntábamos con más grupos y se masificaba todo; que era casi imposible sacar fotos sin personas alrededor o gente pasando por delante; entre otros. Escribí mi descontento al tour una vez terminado y ni han contestado…no lo recomendaría, me parece mal mentir y dar datos equívocos sobre un tour y ni contestar a los mensajes.
