Ana was a great guide. Unfortunately we had a camera fanatic with a selfie stick in our group that stood in front of everyone… I don’t think he realized there were other people in the group that may want to take pictures too.

Great walking tour of interesting historical areas

I got a great overview of two historic neighborhood and particularly of the relationship between the Muslims and Christians who lived there. There was a lot of walking, up and down hills, but that also allowed for some spectacular views. Jaime was an excellent and knowledgeable guide.

Romantic sunset walk along ancient cobblestone streets

Albaycin is the oldest neighborhood in Grenada, even predating the Alahambra. It’s a lovely area with many narrow cobblestone streets sometimes with stairs stretching over the hills. It’s very easy to get lost & having a guide to show us the way while giving us the history was helpful. It contains miradors with great views over Grenada & the Alahambra, especially at sunset. We weren’t required to rush either along the walk nor at breaks to take pictures.
