Disgraceful attitude - don’t use!

It was our last day. We were looking forward very much to this tour. We arrived 10 minutes early as requested. 10 minutes after the tour was due to due to start they told us the guide had called in sick. Retund in 5 days. And marked the reason for refund as force majeur - significant global event. When I pointed out that it wasn’t she said ‘is sickness not significant enough for you!’ Rude, disorganised. Our plans for our final day are ruined. Don’t use!!!

Mar, the guide has been fantastic. Very well explained, very friendly, lots of patience, etc. Quite a professional. The views are wonderful from the viewpoints. Cool place almost all the time. Good value for money.
