It’s not a level 1 activity! It could be impossible for anyone with minor ambulation or cardiac issues.

Cynthia, (sp?) The guide, was great! She knows a lot. There were only e of us on the tour. A couple and me, so we for a lot of attention. The 2 neighborhoods are amazing!

This was a great tour! I felt like I got to not only see the city but truly learn about the neighborhoods and the way they’ve adapted over 1000 years. The tour guide is astonishingly knowledge & she had no issue answering the onslaught of questions we threw at her. She was on time & reliable. I would strongly recommend this tour to anyone I knew visiting Granada

We were provided the incorrect meeting departure location by Viator, but our guide Alvaro was patient and waited for us. He was a great guide who knew almost everything about Granada and was so helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone

We arrived early and looked all over the plaza for a guide with a orange umbrella. No one! I have had good experiences with Viator tours in the past, so am quite disappointed.

Your operator canceled my tour 15 minutes AFTER it was supposed to start. I sent a msg through Viator msging on the app and got NO reply. Had to call viator, the tour operator told Victor the person giving the tour would be 15mins late. The your operator then told me there was no your in my language and I had been given the wrong location. Yes, I know that is contradictory but that's what she told me. Terrible experience, this tour was booked weeks in advance
