    Renata was an excellent host, first class, and great driver. We thoroughly enjoyed the days excursion. So much knowledge and a true gentleman to his passengers. Everything from trees, fruit, history, and up to date. Would highly recommend this tour and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Thank you Renata. ( George lol, go on the tour to find out this).

    Shame about the bus!!

    Unfortunately this trip was not good. The bus driver was very abrupt, the mini bus seats were all broken with had broken seat belts too. I tried three seats and then gave up. We were told we could have the noisy air conditioning on or the driver commentary. We couldnt have both, as the intercom on the bus was broken. We chose the commentary so air conditioning was turned off. Only to find some of the windows wouldn't open and we were told to stop trying to open them. This didn't feel like a touring mini bus as the windows were really low and we couldn't see outside without ducking down. Some of the seats had the wheel arch inside the bus, therefore no leg room. The poor condition of the bus let this tour down. The locations were great and really enjoyed the scenic stops.

    Stopping off and seeing different attractions on route and the commentary from our guide. We were lucky that we had lovely sunny weather on the day. We were picked up on time from our hotel.

    Die Tour war insgesamt sehr schoen. Der Bus kam puenktlich am ausgemachten Treffpunkt an, der Busfahrer/Reiseleiter war freundlich, sprach fliessend sehr gut Deutsch und Englisch und war hilfsbereit und aufmerksam und fuhr auch sehr gut und umsichtig, so dass ich mich jederzeit sehr sicher gefuehlt habe. Die Pausen an den einzelnen Stationen waren sehr gut von der Zeit her bemessen und die ausgewaehlen Sehenswuerdigkeiten absolut grossartig. Es waere wuenschenswert, dass die Treffpunkte fuer den Start der Reise bereits vor der Buchung angegeben werden koennten, gerade fuer die, die nicht im Hotel sind und die Stadt noch nicht kennen und auch wegen hoher Roamingkosten nicht permanent erreichbar sind.

    Belles étapes Un peu déçue par Santana très factice, on se croirait à Eurodisney ! Par contre ravie d'avoir de nouveau pour guide Alberto, le meilleur ! Des informations intéressantes et complètes
