Apparently car broke down no tour for us canceled extremely late night before our one day trip

Cancelled last min and we had only one day in Madeira. We were cancelled after texting him 3 times. After 3rd text was sorry my car broke down. This was late at night before our trip.

Unfortunately, I had an unexpected mechanical issue with the car, and despite my efforts to find an alternative, I was unable to arrange the tour in time. I understand your frustration and truly regret the situation. I always strive to provide the best service possible, but unfortunately, some situations are beyond my control.
