Our tour guide was wonderful. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the wonderful artwork we had a chance to view. It’s hard to believe so many legendary works are housed in one museum. Unfortunately, multiple headsets from my family went dead at the beginning of the tour making it difficult to hear. We have been on many tours over the last couple of years and the sets this company handed out are absolutely the cheapest we have ever seen... Need to repurchase higher quality if we are to be able to hear the guides.

Although we missed our tour, company rep came and gave us our tickets to get into gallery. But gallery was very crowded and it was hard to get close to some works for reflection and study. We ended up staying for hours. Amazing ancient Greek and Roman statuary, and of course master painters.

the tour was through Star Europe Tours. Without alerting us, they changed the start time. We waited under the DaVinci statue for an hour - as we got there the prescribed 15 minutes early. I would not book with them again. the tour guide was VERY knowledgeable & interesting. She did not quite keep the mic directly in front of her mouth all the time - she could have used a headset instead of a handheld mic

We loved the museum! What a treat to see some of the masterpieces of the world in person. The Botticellis alone were spectacular, not to mention the work of Leonardo Davinci!
