Great Visit in Florence- So worth it!

It was nice to not have to wait in line for the Uffizzi Gallery and also being able to go to the Piti Palace and the Boboli Gardens on our own time was nice. It was all beautiful and worked out well.

Immense experience

Unfortunately I had an issue with my phone but managed to experience these exhibits. Uffizi was a renaissance art experience second to none. The pieces displayed were remarkable. The Boboli gardens are magnificent. The Pitti palace iis sensational with more art to behold. An immense experience that requires several days to fully appreciate

This was a huge letdown. I am speaking only about whatever tour guide company that was supposed to do the tour, not Viator. When we got to the Ufizzi Gallery, we still did not have our tickets. They kept saying they were going to send them to us. I called them and they spoke very broken English. I believe they were in India, but they said that they couldn’t get us in on our scheduled time so to go to the pitti Palace… So we ran to the pitti Palace And they also said our tickets were not valid and that they had never heard of the tour guide company. So we ended up having to buy our own tickets. They have said that they were going to give us a full refund but they have not.

I had booked priority tickets for the Sunday but received a message on Saturday advising that booking could not be kept. We rearranged our day to ensure we could go to Uffizi gallery on Saturday. We then visited Pitti and Boboli Gardens on Sunday only to discover that entry tickets were free - there was never a need to book tickets for that day but this wasn't relayed to be. The vendor took my money whilst in the knowledge that there were no Sunday tickets for them to facilitate. I'm very unhappy as I was basically ripped off.

Cancelled tour

I booked the tour and two days later I received notice that the tour in the offices has been cancelled, because there are no more places available. I had already received confirmation of the booking, the visiting time and I had already paid. Two days later it was full and I couldn't do the tour anymore. This seems unserious to me!!!
