Little difficult finding the location for jeep pick up, but once located, things were easy and smooth. We had a beautiful jeep with a cooler in rear full of water, and beverages. We had a guided tour all over the island. The guide drove his car in front of us. So many amazing stops especially at the tequila tasting museum. The staff was so friendly. We also stopped at a scenic beach, light house and preserve. The restaurant we stopped to eat at, had authentic Mexican food and was amazing! Each time we got back into our jeep, the guide had it running and cool for our comfort! The beverages in the back were always refreshing and cold. Highly recommend this tour! Can’t wait to go back!

Was a great trip. Highly recommend. Ask for Inn Palmer. He was great and took us to some awesome spots. Snorkeling was awesome, and he joined us, showing us exactly where to go. We saw alot, plus a giant eagle ray.

What a great way to Tours Cozumel. A short walk from the port we were picked up by Jose Carlos.(JC) he was so friendly, his English was excellent, and his enthusiasm was contagious. He would have shown us absolutely anything we wanted but as it is his home, we allowed him to set the agenda. He brought us to the other side of the island, where we saw beautiful beaches, Everglades, crocodiles, southern most tip of Mexico and a lovely beach club.

Our group of four couples had an amazing day with our guides Jose and Santiago. They took us around the beautiful island and through the national park with a great beach stop to relax and get some food. They made our trip fun and informative as they shared their knowledge of the history of this beautiful island. They made the agenda flexible to meet our needs and gave us the perfect day.
We highly recommend the tour and these fantastic guides!

Wow! This tour was so worth it! Our tour guide Santiago was very knowledgeable and took us to see more than we imagined!! We felt safe and comfortable in his jeep! What an eventful day !!

Loved the private tour. Jorge was wonderful, very nice and knowledgeable. We did exactly what we wanted to do. It was so nice not to be with a big group. Lunch was amazing! The best shrimp fajitas right on the beach. The tequila tour was ok, the tequila was really really good. Be prepared to be asked to buy some. We had are own snorkel gear with us, so we made a pitstop and Jorge gave us a private snorkeling tour.

Actual tour was great. East side of island is beautiful. Great communication with tour operator prior to excursion. My issue with the tour is the driver did NOT get is back to the cruise port timely. We requested to be back to the port one hour prior to all aboard deadline. He got us there 20 minutes prior to all on board deadline. It is a very long walk from drop-off point through the port and a very long pier. Guard at port entry was warning 20 minutes before ship leaves. Hurry. I have walking issues and was NOT HAPPY. Take this tour but stay on top of your driver to get you back on time.

We are sorry that you did not address us directly with your concern to end the tour in time. Now almost a month has passed since your excursion. We are in main season and very busy, however we will try to figure out what exactly happened on your excursion a month ago.
Please be assured that we have many years of experiences and that we are specialised in cruise ship guests. As a general rule we end our tours minimum one hour bevore ship's departure.

We bought we wild see A large Mayan ruin. We were disappointed to learn we could only see the small Temple. Jorge was wonderful, however. We really enjoyed his great personality and encyclopedic knowledge. We appreciated his taking ng pictures for us.

Jorge (George) was great.
Our group could not do much walking so we had to adjust tour and Jorge helped. Tequila tour was boring until I bought $450 worth. National park was boring until purchasing margaritas. Lunch was a surprise because we expected it to be included but had to pay extra. I wish Jorge took us to some more interesting places but because of our lack of mobility it was still good.
I would rent my own Jeep and drive myself next time.
Should have brought more cash to stop at small places for cocktails on the other side of island.

Wow! What a fantastic experience! JC and Raul were AMAZING! We absolutely loved everything about this tour of
the island. We were able to alter the plans to be more tailored to our desires. We went to the Mayan Ruins and had a tequila tasting. The restaurant they took us to was so delicious, however the finale, a stop on the beach for Mojitos, was the best part! Yummy and a very cool spot! We highly recommend and will most likely book again! ✌️

We asked to go to the Mayan Ruins which was awe inspiring. We opted to go round on our own and not pay extra for a guide. We were not aware that the tour guide would not accompany us inside….but it did not detract from the experience. The Tequila farm was really interesting and I now have a different view of what real tequila is! Whilst we were not really wanting to do ‘beach thing’ and were not sure about going for lunch on a beach……wow…..thank goodness we did! It was amazing! The view, the food ……certainly not like the Mexican food we have in England (!)……and the whole atmosphere, it was a beautiful place and certainly worth a visit. ( I tried to add pictures but couldn’t get them to download!). JC was our tour guide and Raol our driver…..both were lovely and really helpful. We had a thoroughly enjoyable day albeit that there was not necessarily a running commentary of the area, history etc which we thought there would be. That said we had a fabulous time and big thanks to JC and Raol.

The tour you booked includes the National Park Punta Sur and not the Mayan Ruins. But the Punta Sur park is closed Sundays, as advised in the product description. Your reservation was for a Sunday, so we sent an email right after your booking, explaining that we will not be able to visit the National Park. We offered you to change the tour date but we did not receive a reply.
As a compensation for the National Park, we offered you to see the Mayan Ruins free of charge. However, our guides do not have the necessary credentials to guide in the ruins, as the tour usually does not include the ruins. The reason is, that we have many tourist concessions in Cozumel and archeological guides whith these special permissions have extra costs.
Please note that we offer a tour Mayan Ruins and Beach that includes an archeological guide and the extra costs for the credential. This tour can be booked also on Viator / Tripadvisor.

Jorge was great!! Island is beautiful & fun. Lots of photo ops & shopping stops. We had lunch o the far aside of the island & it was delicious. (Margarita was amazing & worth $10).

JC was a great guide and very accommodating! We had an enjoyable ride around the island. He even added an extra stop at the chocolate factory. The only regret was that we ran low on cash before the trip was over, thus we were unable to tip JC and the driver what they deserved.

The guides we got were very friendly. They spoke good English and were super accommodating. We told them what we wanted to do for the day and they took us everywhere we requested. They made additional suggestions and allowed us to change our plans at any time if we saw something interesting we wanted to see. The food was amazing. The guides got us a cheaper rate than what was on the menu. Couldn't have asked for a better excursion. They picked us up right where they said at the right time. Very short walk from the cruise terminal. And we explored the shops while we waited because we arrived early.

The Mayan ruins were very interesting and we enjoyed our Tequila tasting. Our guides, Jose and Raoul, were so nice and were eager to show us whatever part of Cozumel we wanted to see. We had a wonderful day.

We had a wonderful day touring the island of Cozumel with our tour guide J.C. He was very knowledgeable of the island and had a good relationship with several of the island people. We meet our tour guide just outside of the ship terminal there and Cozumel and asked him to take us to the Mayan Ruins there on the island. We enjoyed our time walking and talking with one of the tour guides there at the ruins. At our request J.C. drove us to a beautiful beach where we were able to wade in the clear blue water and see several different type of fish without the need of scuba gear. He waited patiently for us and went out of his way to make us feel safe and make sure we got to do what we wanted to do. After the beach he carried us to a neat little Mexican restaurant just down the road. The service and food was very good. We would highly recommend J.C. and this tour if you are looking for a excursion while visiting Cozumel.

We had the perfect jeep tour of Cozumel with JC. Extremely individualized tour so we could choose to see what interested us. We love the beach and water. So after hearing all about the history and culture, we asked JC to show us nature. He drive the entire perimeter of the island. The east end is primitive and beautiful. The Caribbean Sea was a little wilder there and beaches gorgeous. Over on the other side the waters were calmer and beautiful. Perfect day with JC. You can’t go wrong with this tour.
