What are people saying about Cozumel

I had a great time. I was...
I had a great time. I was met at the port with someone holding a sign with my name. We proceeded to the vehicle waiting to take us to the Mayan village for the excursion. The atv riding was fun. Alonzo was an awesome tour guide and the other staff were very friendly as well . He taught me a lot about the Mayan village and culture. The tequila tasting was a bonus. The tequila was very good. I purchased a couple bottles to take home. I would definitely recommend this tour if you want to do some atv riding and get a local tour by a local that knows all about the culture.

Definitely book with Jungle Runner!
Definitely book with Jungle Runner! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
It’s a much more intimate experience with just you and your family, instead of being part of a huge tour group with tons of people trying to keep up with each other.
Kevin was our tour guide, and he was absolutely amazing! He made sure we stayed together and felt safe throughout the entire ATV ride.
I actually lost my phone while riding through the jungle 😩, and the owner found it and personally brought it back to me! That alone says so much about their customer service.
Amazing experience, amazing people, and excellent customer service. I would definitely book with Jungle Runner again! Highly recommend! 🙌🏽

Highly recommend
Our driver Angelo was such a great tour guide and took us all around Cozumel showing us cenotes, beautiful beaches, great bars and even downtown. He made our day super special and he has such a great personality. Would love to use him again when coming back to Cozumel.

Wonderful fun filled day in Cozumel
From start to finish, our tour guide, Pablo made the trip a wonderful experience. He was professional, kind and full of knowledge. Each part of the excursion was well planned, my sons lived the atv's and jumping into the cenote river. The tequila tasting and tour was informative and delicious, and the Mayan village was amazing. To end the day at a beach resort with snorkeling was perfect! There was lunch included, lots of fish to see and a beautiful environment to sit and eat looking out into the water. The trip was so memorable. Thank you, Pablo and the viator team.

Our Amazing Cozumel Experience 🇲🇽🌴
On our first cruise stop in Cozumel, we had the pleasure of meeting Angel, who turned out to be an amazing all-rounder and truly made our day unforgettable!
We booked the Half-Day Tour with Mayan Experience, and from start to finish, it was a 10/10 experience.
Angel gave us a personalized tour in a private car around the city, taking us to historical sites and some of the most amazing photo-op locations. He was knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating and made sure we enjoyed every stop along the way.
One of the highlights was stopping at the Otoch Mayan Experience. The moment we arrived, it felt like we had been transported back in time! We enjoyed an incredible Mayan cultural show featuring fire, traditional dance and an amazing display of culture. We enjoyed every second of it!
From there, we continued on for tequila, chocolate and taco tasting—and that experience was another 10/10! 🌮🍫
Angel then took us to a local beach spot for lunch, where we were able to connect to their Wi-Fi since our cruise package included unlimited internet. After lunch, we had time to shop for souvenirs and, of course, take even more pictures! 📸🌴
But what really stood out was how thoughtful Angel was. He even went off our planned route just so my son could see what a cenote looked like. That small gesture meant so much and showed just how committed he was to making sure we had a memorable experience.
Angel went above and beyond to make our Cozumel day special. If you're visiting Cozumel and looking for someone who is friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and genuinely cares about his guests, I would recommend Angel anytime!
Thank you, Angel, for making our first cruise stop one we will never forget! ❤️🇲🇽
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 — Highly Recommended!

Great Value + Secluded Spots!
Great value! I loved going to the more secluded cenote and beach club. Definitely go on a week day if possible. We snorkeled for free at the beach club as well. It was a perfect cruise excursion! Just enough time to not feel rushed but not so long that we worried about making it back to the ship on time. Gabriel was a great driver :) I would recommend!

This is a perfect...
This is a perfect adventure for cruisers who only have a short amount of time before returning to the port. We rode ATVs through the village, experienced tequila tasting, and souvenir shopping. To top it off, we learned a bit about the Mayans and Cinco de Mayo. The cenote was neat, too. Some other travelers jumped into it. Our tour guide "Grandpa" was awesome. We were dropped off at the port at the end of our tour.

Really fun day for all ages
Meeting point was easy to find and we were taken directly from there to our Polaris RZR where we met our guide, Omar. Omar then led us to El Cedral and Jade cavern via dirt roads, which was super fun in the RZR. Sunglasses or maybe goggles for younger kids are a good idea for dry dusty days; you don’t want to have to be squinting to fight off dirt while you’re trying to take in the sights. We got a brief history/explanation of the cavern, the bats therein, and of course, how to get up to the two jumping spots! If you dare, you can jump about 30 ft from the highest spot or about 15ft from the lower spot down into the deep water of this beautiful cavern. On your way back, you stop for a 15 minute free tequila tasting, which was fun, informative, and delicious. We had extra time, so Omar was cool and took us through an awesome dirt road track through the woods. You can go at your own speed, but we were going pretty fast for a lot of it and it was super fun. My little kids loved it and were squealing with delight; we all were. We all had dirt all over our faces by the end. After that, we parked at Chulas Beach Club. Although this was not my favorite part of the tour because of the crowds, there is still plenty to do there if you are looking for activities including paddle boarding, jet skis, a water obstacle course, parasailing, and others. We were happy to just sit on the beach and order cocktails and lunch from the restaurant, which was brought to us in our beach chairs. After a few hours of relaxing, we drove our RZR back into town to the original meeting point. A day full of lasting memories for sure. This a a fun day for all ages.

Great Tour of Cozumel with beach break at the Money Bar!
This was a really great tour around Cozumel, including the unpopulated East side of the island, which was quite scenic. Alvin led us around (he drove one jeep, I drove the other). My family and wife's parents came along (9 people). It was a little hot (being late July), but AC worked great in the vehicles, and Alvin had plenty of bottled waters and cans of beer on ice in the cooler (we had some left after the tour, and grabbed one for the walk back to the cruise ship). Alvin had a Great attitude and gave history/info on the various places, and gave us the option to stop or keep on going at various beach and lookout stops. I enjoyed swimming in the cenote (inland freshwater pond--the water was a perfect temperature).
The lunch at the well-known Money Bar beach club was Fabulous (included in the package). Snorkeling there at Money Bar was Awesome--2 stepped entrances with handrails, and there were at least 1,000 pleasant marine fish swimming around you there. Covered tables to eat your lunch and they have a larger menu as well. As requested, Alvin got us back in time (by 3:30), so we could clean up and make it to our dinner by 5pm (although the line of people going thru Mexican security at the port was kind of long...). Great Tour overall!!

Definitely Worth It!!
Worth the price and exceeded our expectations. The excursion was fun, memorable, and staff was amazing! The only negative is the trouble we had finding the meeting location. I would suggest that the tour operator be a little more descriptive of where to meet. For those who recently booked or will be booking, the meeting location is not at the terminal, it is across the street from the cruise terminal at the seven 11.

Awesome experience, great food & tequila!
We had a great time! Carlos was a great guide and didn’t pressure us. The dancing at the Mayan experience was brief and smaller than I expected but still cool. The tequila tasting was excellent and my wife decided to purchase a bottle although I was shocked at $89 for a 750ml reposado. The tacos at lunch were super delicious & the cocktail my sister bought was big enough for 3 ppl! The chula beach club was a vibe with music but definitely needed water shoes as the beach was very rocky and not sandy after the first 10 feet into the ocean. We had a great time for the money!

Undersea adventure
This is the most fabulous excursion I’ve ever done. You have a helmet to breathe and it keeps you on the bottom. You are maybe 20-25’ downd. The fish are awesome. As you walk along the ocean floor they point out different things and let you hold the specimens. A conch shell with traveller, a rock crab and this crazy thing that was a cross between a daddy longlegs and a shrimp. Yes I bought the video!!!
