What are people saying about Cozumel

Give it a go!
Gabriel, our guide, was great. The ATVs and equipment were all in good condition, the tour was fun and informative, and the day went safely and smoothly. We were picked up on time and dropped off with more that enough time to grab lunch, shop, and get back on our cruise ship. We would go back.

Best time in Cozumel with a great guide and without the crowd
Organized and timely communication. We loved our guide, Diego, who shared so much information about the island. Also had great recommendations of places to visit instead of the typical tourist-y destinations. We enjoyed the chocolate tasting at a family-owned chocolate factory, as well as the honey tasting at a bee sanctuary. These places were not on the shore excursions options from the cruise ship. We wouldnt have known about them without our guide. We truly enjoyed our final stop at the beach- considering there were 3 cruise ships on the island, our beach was not crowded at all! The food was delicious and staff were very friendly. Diego knew so many locals and was genuinely nice to everyone. We had plenty of time to get back on the ship. Highly recommend booking this private tour!

It was a seamless...
It was a seamless experience from the moment we booked. Immediately I was contacted to confirm the pickup location and they take care of the rest. Brandon met us and was super kind and helpful the whole time. The ATV’s were a blast and I really enjoyed the tortilla, chocolate and tequila tasting guided by Sergio. My favorite will have to be the snorkel experience in the end though. Definitely would recommend!

Awesome experience, great food & tequila!
We had a great time! Carlos was a great guide and didn’t pressure us. The dancing at the Mayan experience was brief and smaller than I expected but still cool. The tequila tasting was excellent and my wife decided to purchase a bottle although I was shocked at $89 for a 750ml reposado. The tacos at lunch were super delicious & the cocktail my sister bought was big enough for 3 ppl! The chula beach club was a vibe with music but definitely needed water shoes as the beach was very rocky and not sandy after the first 10 feet into the ocean. We had a great time for the money!

Solo Traveler Experience
The tour was so fun and Sergio made everyone so comfortable. We all met at the designated location followed by a short walk through the city as we learned the history of the Maya in Cozumel. Afterwards we visited the Tequila Museum for a tasting that made us even more ready for adventure. We then loaded up on our ATV’s and hit the road to the Cenote Chempita aka The Jade Caverns. We all got to take pictures and photos were also sent afterwards by email in a timely fashion for a price. As a solo traveler the experience was 1 of 1. I had an amazing, safe and culturally full experience!

Explore Cozumel a little....
I am an experienced ATV rider but my wife is not. As it turned out we were the only people for the excursion so I was able to be a little more aggressive and carefree on the ride. I would have liked to go faster but my wife did not have my sense of humor. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip, especially the Tequila tasting afterwards, so much so that we bought three bottles. I would do this again if the opportunity presents itself.

Great time!
Alex is a very good guy! He took us all around the island, went snorkeling for quite a long time, had lunch at a nice litte place and had us back to our cruise port in plenty of time! I had a couple of specific requests for stops and he made sure they happened!

Amazing Senote and ATV adventure
This is a great excursion. Everyone involved on it was extremely professional and nice. Our pick up place was just five minutes away from the port. Our driver and guide, Eddy, took us to another office where we paid for the entrance to the Senote park, Kanan. Then Eddie drove us in a car with AC to the Senote. The park was clean, peaceful and had showers, bathrooms and lockers. The service was amazing. Take some cash with you to tip the guys here. They really deserve a nice tip. We were given lifejackets as well as a tubing. A guide accompany us at all times. Be aware of the bees. There are a lot of bees, particularly on the walls of the Senote. However, they don’t bother you. We were in the park for a little bit over an hour. After that, Eddie drove us to the place where we took the ATVs. This was a short ride. The route for ATV’s was about one hour long. It included part of the cost line, forest and a several rocky paths. This part was super fun and exiting. The next stop was a small farm that included a tequila tasting. We didn’t know that this was included. We had the opportunity to know more about the tequila production and taste some several tequilas. We were very pleasantly surprised about this. We ate mangoes and it was really great. We bought two bottles of tequila. Finally, we drove to Playa Uvas, where the restaurant and beach club is located. They had a very nice pool area and a beach that was free of seaweed. At this place, you can use use their kayaks, snorkel gear and all the rest of the installations and no extra cost. You can have a massage by the beach and rent their jet ski if you wish to. You will have to pay extra at the location for these amenities. The service and attention was great. You can have drinks (no included) at this place and here is where you have your lunch. Your lunch is either beef or chicken fajitas. I have to say that the food was not that good. It was OK but not great. Everything else honestly was amazing. We strongly recommend this excursion. We paid for individuals ATVs. The. Excursion is supposed to be 4 1/2 hours, but it was longer than that. We enjoyed this excursion for 6 1/2 hours. We feel that we really got our moneys worth. Just remember to take some cash to tip the guys. They deserve it.

The excursion was great....
The excursion was great. Our guide, Pedro, was excellent in providing education about the island and culture. We got sucked in to the experience of the tequila tasting, as avid drinkers and tequila lovers, spending way too much money for overpriced tequila. But it was good and tasty. I guess it's worth it when we can sip it and reminisce on our trip long after our vacay is over. Pedro took us to the best restaurant with fresh seafood, wish we could've had it every day. Overall great experience our whole family enjoyed!

Fantastic Experience!
The Jade Caverns Private Jeep Tour with lunch and snorkeling was a highlight of our trip. Everything was well-organized and stress-free.
Rodrigo was an amazing guide—friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience fun and relaxed. Jade Caverns was beautiful, and the snorkeling was great with plenty to see.
Lunch was a nice bonus and the whole day felt perfectly paced. Highly recommend this tour, especially with Rodrigo!

Hi I bought this from...
Hi I bought this from viator r even though I was traveling from Carnival Cruise . This agency is excellent and found a very safe and entertaining underwater walking experience for my whole family . Also it is just 10 minutes away from where the ship docks , and cost $10 in cab. Also this activity into end will take maximum Off 2 hours which is still lot of time for somebody who's getting down in cozumel. I highly recommend this company

Great Experience!
Great company! I was emailed by the company and they were very responsive with my questions. They give meet up instructions for each port you dock at and they pay attention to see if your ship changed last before arrival, so they will expect you no matter what. I did email just to make sure but they were great!
Omar met us right at the port. Then he gave us instructions on the RZR and followed him through town out to the caverns. He was very informative and gave a great experience (we didn't jump though). Then we went to the tequila tasting and after to the beach. It wasn't good weather so no one was there. Normally they drop you off and you take a taxi back, but Omar was willing to let us stay for a bit to grab some food and then let us take the RZR back to the port.
We felt very safe, and my teen boys really liked it.
Thank you!
