Great Sun and Speedboats!

We ran into a little situation starting off. Customer Service: Apparently, the port was closed during the time of our excursion (morning) and we didn’t know. We were waiting to be picked up for a while and once I called to check the status of transportation, they said the driver wasn’t coming and to reschedule for the next day. Of course, I was mad because no one called to say anything. We couldn’t do it the next day as we another excursion booked and they were refusing to refund. Time passed and I received a call that we could go later in the afternoon (same day) but there would be no snorkeling but visiting a reserve instead and asked if I wanted to still go. We did go, since a majority of our day was based around this tour and we did infact get picked up at the scheduled time (on time) for later in the day. Actual Tour: Once we got there and did the waivers, we were told we were going snorkeling. Uggghh, we had changed clothes because they said there would be no snorkeling and that sucked. The speedboats were fun and ended up just snorkeling in our shorts and tank top. Carlos was our guide and he did make the experience worth it after all. All in all, it was fine but the communication really put a damper on the entire day. Come to find out the port was closed earlier due to the weather, which is totally understandable, but if someone called to communicate, things might have been a little better. I would go again but no sure if I will use the same company. Rating 3 stars because the tour itself was what it was supposed to be but the customer service deserved only one star.
