Had a great day, followed previous reviews did not get the VIP wasn't needed lots of people trying to sell you masks and glasses, sun glasses were just as efficient.
Started with tasting the strongest Tequila x6 shots, zipling/jumping into the beautiful cenote pools, Ridding AVT's through the jungle with lighting flashing, 30sec later thunder rumbles and there was refreshing glorious rain, which felt great. Three Ziplines to finish, each activity lasted 25mins and rest was traveling in a mini bus. Great experience 🇲🇽🌮🌩🥰.

I am not sure if our treatment was because we were women or because of the color of our skin, but our experience was horrible.
Before the excursion, we were told that certain gear was mandatory for the ATV and cenote activities, including water shoes, goggles, and a face mask. After arriving, we realized we were practically the only people wearing all of that equipment. It felt like we were pressured into buying items that weren’t actually necessary.
We were also told we couldn’t bring our phones, yet other guests had theirs the entire time. The tour guide even took photos with people who had their phones out. The rules seemed to change depending on who you were, and when we questioned it, no one gave us a clear explanation.
The constant requests for tips were also uncomfortable. We were even asked to tip someone who never provided us with any service.
I also recommend checking your credit or debit card transactions carefully. The receipt they printed for us did not match the amount that was actually charged to our card. We were charged $4–$6 more than what appeared on the receipt, and no one could explain the difference. This was the only business during our trip where we experienced an overcharge.
To make matters worse, every activity felt rushed from start to finish, leaving very little time to actually enjoy the experience.
Overall, this excursion was disappointing. Between the inconsistent rules, pressure to spend more money, questionable charges, and rushed experience, I will not be booking another adventure with this company again.

ATVs weren’t maintained well. My ride leaked exhaust which was hot on my leg. Fender was held on with wire. My candle scraped the front wheel several times. Guy told us we would get dirty, sold us shirts and bandannas. Absolutely not necessary.
We drove up a road, turned around, drove halfway back, turned around again and eventually went back.
Response from Host, Mar 2026

They try to sell you many things you don’t need, such as water shoes, bug spray, a private experience. The atv excursion was a big disappointment. You basically ride up and down the same road 2or 3 times with power lines, other than a real jungle experience.
Response from Host, Jan 2026
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the upselling and the ATV experience did not meet your expectations. Your comments about the route and overall experience are important to us and will be shared with our team to help improve future tours.

Comparing to other similar activities that we done in other places this activity did not meet the expectations. Zip lines were too short, no view and basically just a stage for a photo shoot. The ATV “ guided tour” was a tour to no-where and to see nothing but puddles and power lines. The cenote was a good experience. Thins feedback has nothing to do with the staff, I’m speaking only of the activity “experience”. We were also eaten by mosquitos so bring bug spray or pay $10 US in the store for a small spray bottle. Also, wear old clothes b/c the grease from the zip lines wrecked all our t-shirts. Our guide Julio was helpful and very nice however, group control was non existent and we wondered around quite a bit trying to figure out where we needed to be. The staff would answer and point but they were not very engaged other than to do their job. The driver had a recording going into the park asking for tips from 5 different voices on the same recording which was over-kill in our group. We understand they work for tips HOWEVER, tips are meant when you receive good service it is not suppose to be to get good service. We did leave the driver a tip on both directions.
My muddy Hoka sneakers were accidentally left behind in the restaurant. It wasn’t until 15 minutes away that I realized it. Sent Viator a message right away asking if they could reach out to the park to locate them and see if they could be delivered the next day to our hotel and they are in our area daily. They reached out to the park but unfortunately nobody turned them in so someone took them. I know it’s my fault but that was not cool on the park staffs behalf. So, be sure to grab all your gear or its finders keepers - you won’t get it back!
Overall, we had a fun day just an expensive one!!
Response from Host, Nov 2025

We sincerely apologize that certain parts of the activity did not meet your expectations and for the inconvenience caused by the mosquitoes and the loss of your belongings. Your comments regarding the ATV route, ziplines, and group coordination have been shared with our operations team for further review. We always strive to offer a well-organized and enjoyable experience for every guest, and your input helps us work toward that goal.
We also appreciate your understanding regarding tipping and will make sure to reinforce better communication about this topic with our drivers. Thank you again for sharing your perspective — your feedback is invaluable as we continue improving our experiences.

Incredible experience! Better than expected. If you're looking for a quick adventure then this is for you. Don't get roped into any package offered at your hotel or the GOLD or VIP packages offered at the adventure site, stick with this Standard package. You won't find better value than this. It was smooth from start to finish. From the shuttle driver arriving right on time, to us being busy with Zipline, ATV and cliff jumping and tequila tasting, there wasn't ever a dull moment. Each of us ended the tour with two complimentary tacos. The staff was amazing, and the customer service was very responsive. It was very evident when I called the customer service line because I had left my phone in the shuttle and the driver drove back to our hotel to return it.
Response from Host, Oct 2025
Thank you so much for sharing your detailed review! We’re thrilled to know the experience exceeded your expectations and that everything—from the punctual shuttle to the activities and service—went smoothly. Our team works hard to make each tour memorable, and stories like yours motivate us even more. We’re also very glad our driver was able to return your phone quickly!
We truly appreciate your recommendation and hope to welcome you again soon for another adventure in Cancun.

First of all our guide, Humberto (H), was awesome. He was personable, energetic, and funny. His attributes made the instructions fun and funny, and the ATV, Zipline, and Cenote activities more exciting - even when it began to rain and storm during the Cenote activity. I would do excursions with this company again. Also, GREAT pictures, which we bought at the end. I think the photographer's name is Melina.
CON: After checking in, they send you to a person to try to upsale you to include the costs of food, drinks, and upgrades. We didn't like this because (1) the guy (I don't remember his name) was the opposite of Humberto. He was not personable or funny, though he tried - he knew his SCRIPT well and he did not adapt.... and (2) it took time that we did not wish to give (i.e., it wasted our time) - we had to wait until he finished with the people ahead of us and we had to listen to his entire script even though we knew we weren't interested - because we heard what he was telling the other group ahead of us. It did not make financial sense (to us) to upgrade. This was the only bad part of the excursion.
Response from Host, Jul 2025
Thank you so much for sharing your detailed feedback! We're thrilled to hear that Humberto (H) made your experience fun, energetic, and memorable, even in the rain! It's also great to know you enjoyed the photos from Melina and that the activities were exciting and enjoyable.
We truly appreciate your comments about the upselling process. We understand how frustrating it can be when you're already clear on what you want, and we're sorry for the inconvenience it caused. Your feedback is valuable, and we'll work on improving this part of the experience so that it’s smoother and more streamlined for future guests.
We’re so glad to hear you’d choose to do excursions with us again, and we hope to welcome you back for another amazing adventure!

Tour guide rushed us the entire time- it felt like our group was being pushed through an assembly line. Cenote is fun, but brief. It was my first time zip lining, and it was great!
The ATV is extremely dangerous- I witness 2 people hit and fall off and get injured within a few minutes apart. I have done ATV in multiple countries, and this was by far the roughest, most dangerous and ill-prepared from a safety standpoint. Once again, everything felt very rushed, therefore the staff completely skipped the safety guidance before. Also, the ATVs themselves are worn down and poorly serviced. Beware!!
Unfortunately the staff was quite defensive and unapologetic, solely focused on trying to upsell us.
Note: the drive from Tulum was 2.5+ long with 5+ stops to pick up others.
Response from Host, Apr 2024
We're deeply sorry to hear about your disappointing experience with us. Safety is our top priority, and we're concerned to hear about the incidents you witnessed with the ATV ride. Your feedback about feeling rushed and the lack of proper safety guidance is valuable, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. We take these concerns seriously and will address them with our team to ensure that all future experiences meet our high standards. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we appreciate your honesty.

The cenotes were amazing and the tequila tasting was fun. The guides were really fun and helpful. They were excellent. There was a little too much time at the end before the van took us home. A little too much upselling at the end. But overall we enjoyed the afternoon
