Overview

Visit an ecological park tucked into the jungle of Quintana Roo for an active half-day tour from Cancun. Soar through the rain forest canopy on the ziplines, ride ATVs on off-road tracks, and swim in the fresh water of a cenote for a peak experience of the Riviera Maya away from the beach. The total tkme was 8 hours as opppsed to the 4 claimed! Being at Jungle Kingdom was 5 hours alone- most of that was waiting around in the hot sun waiting for the next activity. It was clear they overbooked to get our money with limited staff and resources to accommodate the people there. Some activities couldn't be done, you were being rushed due to the time or the time was limited of what to do. Never again!

It was such a great experience, we wish the zip lining had a longer distance and wish the height was higher. Great tutor guy (Eric), he made sure we were safe. The photographer energized us with her music and we danced most of the time. Thank you for such an awesome experience. 👌🏾

You were unable to pick up our family for our tour and didn’t find that out until we were waiting in front of hotel & called you. And Our charge of $286.96 still has not been refunded. Please advise

If I could leave no stars I would. This was a terrible excursion. First my driver was late and then stop responding to me for a while I had to go outside my hotel and search for him. Then when we got the the location they locked our phones in lockers so we have no pictures to show the things that we did do. The very end they allowed us to get our phones only to steal my sisters phone. They turned off the wifi so we couldn’t locate her phone. They then proceeded to curse us out and tell us to leave. This was by far the worst experience my sister was left with no phone in Mexico for the rest of vaca. If you book be safe and keep your belongings

Please tell us the name of the staff to see what happen , the lockers you have the key we dont have a spare, The wifi fi we never turn off , sorry feel this way this never happen we thinks its a misunderstanding in all the situation.

Remy was an amazing tour guide! Smam in narrow cenote, then atv to second cenote with two ziplines that let you drop in the water. After you atv back and zipline 2 more ropes. Overall great experience for the price!

Awesome adventure -- Girls Trip 2021! The zip line was great for first-timers -- not too high. However, there is one tree they should take out because two people had difficulty navigating by it and one of them hit it.

Gabby was our tour guide she was amazing. I didn’t get in the water but it looked amazing. Zip lining, the atv, and tequila tasting were my favorite parts.
