The ATV ride was horrible. We were forced to ride in circles, and we only had five minutes to swim at the cenote before the ATV ride. The planning was extremely poor. The zipline was just okay.

This was the BEST experience that we had in Cancun!!!! Ommgggg!! We had the Best tour guide! We took pictures with beautiful parrots….We did the rollercoaster, 10 course zipline, Atv ride( bring a dusk mask & glasses ) they have some but you will be very dusty or muddy afterwards!! We jumped in the Cenote. We had tacos for lunch & tequila shots! You can’t take your phone on the roller coaster or zipline but you can take it on the atv ride & cenote. It was worth the money spent🥳

The staff was really fun. You can tell they enjoy their jobs and keep it entertaining amongst themselves and the guests. The zip lines were good with getting more intense gradually. The atv ride could've been longer, but it was still good. The leader separated the people with experience from the people who were beginners to allow the more experienced people to ride faster consistently. The tarzania experience was very cool. Like a zip line mixed with a roller coaster. The camera men were pretty good at capturing the experience in vivid color and crystal clear shots. If you have a large enough group, the price of pictures is reasonable to split. The staff made an error with my meal with regards to my allergies, but fixed it promptly when I pointed it out. So, double check of you have food allergies.

Let me start by saying the transportation sucks man the previous reviews are no lies. Our instructor Hugo rushed the entire time. This excursion is not 5 hours!!! Not even close! We arrived and started at 1:30 and was done by 3:30!!!! Not worth it at alll!! They restrict you from your phone to try to take all your pics for 15-30 pics each!!! The lunch was dry I am highly disappointed smh… please do yourself a favor and book something else this is horrible service and con artist

Absolutely terrible experience! Once we arrived it began pouring raining and thunder. The employees advised the west get would likely be like that all day and advised it wouldn’t be an issue giving us a refund. We called Viator where we were advised the same. We filled out a Customer complaint form and paid for our own transportation back home. A day later we receive an email stating an issue will not be honored by the establishment. These people are crazy. Will all of the health restrictions around traveling, I should not be forced to risk my safety for an excursion. Being sick could jeopardize me being able to return home and both Viator and the Selvatica should understand that.

This was an outstanding experience. Omar our tour guide took care of us 100% during the entire trip. We started off with zip lining through the trees. I was concerned about being 255lbs but they informed me everything would be OK so I was able to experience the fun with my Wife and Daughter and zip lining into the water was a great end to the zip lining. Then my daughter and I drove the ATV through the mud and around the jungle and had a great muddy time only to go to the swim hole or Cenote and wash off and refresh in the cool water. There we had the option of jumping in or zip lining into the water and we decided to do both. It was just nothing but FUN. Once again look for Omar as he a great tour guide! At the end your offered a burrito and I suggest the beef, but the chicken was good too. The only bad thing I have to say was the pictures. They offered us 99 pictures to review and we could purchase all $100 which includes all the bad pictures and an on-line access code to print them off yourself. They do not print any off for you. If you only wanted one or two each pictures they were $29 each. You don’t even spend that kind of money in the United States for pictures. Great experience but take your own pictures.

Zipline Cenote

They would have received 5 stars if it weren't the mix-up about our photos that cost $70. Through out the course they take pics and you charged a lot of money to receive those photos. Unfortunately, upon paying for our photos we were informed they gave our information to someone else. They went ahead and changed a few things, which took forever and we paid for our photos. Our mistake was not checking the information they gave us about the pics. When trying to retrieve the photos, there were inaccessible. Nothing was there! We called and was informed to send an email..... an email! Ok, we comply and send an email... Well, they read the email (I know when my emails have been read) and no one responded. They adventure was great, but unfortunately, this huge inconvenience definitely did leave us feeling great. They "advise" you not to bring your phone (which you can) so that they can charge a significant amount of money, to not receive them is a bit disheartening.

Le descriptif est surfait. Pas de saut en parachute, ils n'ont plus l'équipement. La tirolienne s'est fait par groupe de 30.... beaucoup d'attente... C'est une machine à touriste même si bien rodée.
