This is not a 4 hour ATV tour and extremely misleading. We were picked up and dropped off to the location at 8:30 only to sit and wait for the tour guide to show up which he is the only reason I am giving this two stars! He was friendly and pleasant. We rode on the property only for 30 to 40 mins after he gave the demonstration of the four wheeler and then returned to where we sat for the first hour to sit for two more hours waiting on transportation back to our resort. We were supplied a 12 oz coke, a small plate of nachos and a small bowl of black beans. Our transportation back didn't arrive until almost Noon 1 o’clock!

Do not book! They lie and rip you off! It’s only less than a 10 min excursion and not what you think it’s just driving in circles in one area. Becareful they lie and scame you to do rhe excursion then they hold you hostage saying you have to stay until ride comes but we were done with excursion they say on viator 3 hours that’s a lie that travel time and just sitting until ride come the actual excursion was less than 10 mins no lie worst excursion ever and very misleading

The actual ATV ride was 30 minutes. Hour drive, 30 minute ATV ride, hour wait for bus, then hour ride back. I paid the same price as other trips that were way longer and more entertaining. I do not recommend doing the ATV. Do zipliling or cenote swimming

It is a scam. They never picked us up from the hotel or refund our money. Do not book with them. They will take your money and you will never get it back.

We program your tour twice, the first time you and did not show up and we offer to reschedule with a charge of 25 USD, however, we went to the hotel the second time you did not show up again, and we were forced to apply the cancelation policies that apply under the circumstances and you were aware that this could happen.

So much fun!!! The Playa Del Carmen Beach was beautiful. We got to see camels and crocodiles in between the ATV ride. The ride itself was adventurous, going through the beach and the jungle. Our guides made it really fun and we purchased all of our photos at the end, as the photographer captured great shots of us.

The only bad review i have about this is if you are doing a double make sure you are not tall. My husband is 6'6 and I am 6'1 and I was struggling sitting on the bars through all the bumps throughout the course. Other than that it was extremely fun for our first time. My only suggestion is to have longer seats for times like this just on standby.

I rarely leave bad reviews, but this description was a lie. The drive time was 30 mins each way, and the ATV ride lasted 30 mins (I took video, so it's timed), NOT 4-5 hrs total... I am glad to have taken this tour as I have never driven an ATV. The various riding surfaces made for an interesting mix. The only thing I would change, although it can't be, is the throttle. It is a thumb lever and can get a bit jerky. A motorcycle style twist lever would be much better.
