It was ok literally we drove the speedboat and went through a little small mangrove and then it was just snorkeling we did see the statues that were kneeling down but not the one with all the statues standing up. The tour guy Jose was nice old guy but it was nothing to tell as far as history. It was just a fun chill relax day riding in and snorkeling. It wasn't too long 2 hours just what we wanted.

Arturo was very professional and an expert diver. We saw many sea life and really enjoyed the experience. He even took us to a remote place on the reef where we saw stingrays and lobsters. We also saw flamingos but due to the water levels we were not able to get close enough on the boats. 10/10 would recommend this tour.

This trip was such great value for money. I had a few hours before a flight and it had everything I wanted to see and more, including driving our own speed boat. Our guide Valdo was great, I was a bit nervous in the water and he stayed with me so I could hold onto him and made me feel really safe whilst showing all the underwear museum. Would recommend to a friend for sure

Please exercise caution. Despite being informed of windy conditions preventing snorkeling, we were assured we could still enjoy a lagoon ride. Regrettably, the waves swiftly engulfed our boat, forcing us to abort the trip within 15 minutes due to fear and safety concerns. Unfortunately, no refund was provided, highlighting the tour's profit-driven priorities over customer safety. Notably, we had two young children with us. I strongly advise against this tour for safety reasons.

The speed boat was a fun ride- just follow the instructions provided to you. Snorkelling was also fun- we were able to see a lot of fish and few statues. This activity is good for beginners- however, my advise would be to watch few videos of snorkelling on youtube if you have not done this activity before. They don’t really give you too many instructions for snorkelling. Our guide Arturio was good- he was with us in the water all along- however, we were just 4 people in the group and with a larger group it would be difficult for the guide to give attention to all participants. Check the weather before you book this activity.

Great Short Tour - Be Prepared to Tip

This was a fun little tour we did as we had a down day and the kids wanted to go snorkeling again. It is a perfect tour for the morning and you are out and back in 2-2.5 hours and get to see a lot in a short amount of time. The views were great as you go through the mangroves and the reef/underwater museum were great. As like the other reviews, I did find it annoying that as soon as we got out of our boat I was asked for a tip. Likewise, I was cornered as we got back to the office area to buy their bad photos they took prior to the tour. That is reason I gave the tour a 4 instead of the 5.

Super fun adventure and the staff was very friendly. We had a blast!

Driving the boat was a lot of fun and snorkeling was very cool. We saw a lot of very interesting fish including Barracudas, rainbow fish and lobsters! The statues were very neat too. They used a drone to film an awesome video and pictures. It is worth every penny. We will alway remember this adventure.

Excellent trip

This was an excellent trip. I am a single mom and took my teenage daughter on the boat and we had a 2 person speedboat experience and went snorkeling at a coral reef. The tour guide was excellent and was very helpful and made me feel comfortable snorkeling. I would recommend this trip to anyone.

Driving the Jet Boats through the mangroves and seeing the beautiful, clear water! The snorkeling was amazing and our guide did a great job. We had a smaller group and it was perfect. Saw lots of fish and even an eel while snorkeling! By far the best Jet Boat tour around! Before we even began the tour they have a professional photographer that took some great quality pictures and then flew a drone to get video footage of you driving the boat!

What was annoying is the extra taxes that we had to pay- $75 usd !!!!!!!! Family of 5. It was already expensive to begin with and we didnt even get to snorkel due to weather. Im a one and done on this. And if you dont tip enough they actually have something to say about it....... Not to mention u get harrased to buy their photos!

Hello Darcie, we thank you so much for your comments... as we mentioned you at check in , weather is something we can not control , and due to wind seep and according to authorities instructions we were not able to navigate outside the lagoon with boats less that 40ft... for security reasons. Our priority is our customers secutiry of course! We informed this to you and all your group at check in and you agree, that is why you took the tour, we actually gave you the oiption for reschedule or reimburse.... And the $15 usd you pay at check in is written on your booking confirmation , it also mentions all the inclusions and exclusions and this is not something we do not informed previously to our customers since they are booking their tickets. We are glad that you were able to take the 1 hr 40 minutes tour , driving the speed boats with your family , including all the equipment, free lockers, bottled water... Photo and video is an optional service , you can either buy it or not. We hope next time weather is better and secure. See you next time!

The speedboats were awesome and super fun. The wind made the waves a little intense for snorkeling but it was still really cool and not cold thankfully. The guide was really friendly and fun. They do push the tip thing super hard which I get but he said it 4 times in the 5 minutes before we left which was really awkward. We did tip because it was really fun and he earned it. Keep in mind there’s a $15 per person tax when you arrive.

Boats were faster then expected and the guide was very chatty and informative. Great fun ride accross the lake and into the sea where we had a nice snorkel by the reef and underwater statues. Amazing amounts of fish swimming with us, which made for a great experience, will do again on our next trip here.

Awesome way to explore part of MUSA and literally swim with the fishes. There were so many fishes swimming around our group that I was really concerned I'd touch them (don't touch the wildlife. It's bad for them) by accident. Very cool experience! The currents and wind were pretty strong the day we went so we couldn't go into the deeper part of the area for snorkeling but it was still really cool. Irvin is a fantastic guide. He was super nice and pointed out cool things to see underwater and shared his knowledge about the reefs. Highly recommend the tour and extra, extra recommend taking the tour with Irvin!

What a great experience!!! First of all ask for Jose Roman as your guide, he's been doing this for 30+ years and knows everything there is to know about everything in the Cancun area!! We were lucky enough to be the only boat with him l, so it felt more like a private tour, the snorkling was great with awesome visibility and nice statues on the underwater museum, again the lack of a huge group as the other tours felt like a plus, way more efficient and took advantage of every second without wasting any time! Try them and you won't regret it! ( Whished pictures/video prices were more accesible, I bet more people would buy them and take them home because they are a beautiful memento to have)

The tour is super organized; Alejandro, the guide, was spectacular, clear in his orientation for the personalized driving of the boat to be used. During the journey, his signals were clear. In charge of pretty creative photos, The welcome Team. The team gets the best smile from their customers, but their photos are costly. However, their edition is of outstanding quality, and the equipment is very current.

50$ photo shoot- don’t bother.

We got there a bit early as they asked- about 15 minutes. They want you to get there early for the big photo shoot. After 2 different people put you through a photo shoot, you finally get to get into a boat…. So you can drive around the entrance for a drone photo shoot. After that, our grumpy guy took us out to the reef. It was just outside of Club med and there were about 100 other people there. We snorkeled for maybe 15-20 minutes, and saw a couple fish and an underground statue. No Rays, turtles, and certainly no barracuda. Then we came back and they wanted to charge us 150$ for the photos. We managed to haggle them down to 50$ for 20 digital photos. I was so angry that we essentially paid 3 times- once for the entry, again for the photos, and worst, third with our precious time. I give it 1 stars instead of 1 because the people at the reception were nice and the boat ride was pretty. Oh and if you want a beer bring it- they will charge you 2$ American for a can of Tecate Light 🙄 Spend 2x this and get an experience 10000x better. This is the worst tour we did in or around Cancun.
