The area you can ride is pretty big! We got the little waves that gave us a little jumps and it was plenty for me. Staff is great and explains things very well and makes sure you are good the whole time. They even took us on a little ride outside of the boundaries with a guide. Will remember this forever!

This was my husband and I first time doing the Jet Ski. We really enjoyed every minute of it. The water was beautiful and warm, the waves were big, it was amazing.

Don’t book here! Book somewhere else in Cancun for jet skis. The staff were extremely rude and inconsiderate of our safety.

CANCUN JETSKI NOT WHAT IT SEEMS

The review ask to upload photos but you CAN'T. They don't advertise or let you know you can't use your phone until the day of. You have to leave it in their wonky wooden lockers, with $15 usd deposit to use it. If you don't have them you'll need to leave your ID with them. No they will not use your credit card as a hold. Their $15 usd "dock fee" is also bogus. They charge your card $15 used or 300 pesos and usually the bank does the best exchange rate for you. Amex was doing around 19.15-19.19 depending on the day. So around 16/17 for said docking fee. I encourage yall to bring exactly $15 usd since they might not have any change. Once you leave your stuff in the locker, they tell you that there will be a free 6 bottle of Tequila tasting for FREE. True, but they seem to also have many bottles there, which might be for sale. (I'll get back to this.) We get a few good photos with a guy who makes us hold a sign that says CANCUN, pose on the jet skis, take off, pics. . etc. You are in a very very very SMALL rectangular space which is also being utilized by boats yachts, other people in their jet skis who don't respect that space and you are being followed like a hawk by your instructor. He will raise his hand if he needs to tell you something or correct you. The bounds are so small we went out of them constantly and he continued to get upset and mad at us. The flags are in 4 corners, hardly visibly in broad sunlight and no kidding, if you go from point a to b you can't even hit top speed. B to C maybe bc its the longer stretch of the rectangle. THE INSTRUCTOR made us feel so crappy and we just wanted to end the session within 20 mins OR LESS. He was not being nice at all. We didn't know we were going to be supervised yet followed and yelled at for an hour. Nobody respects the water space and it's basically going in a rectangle/ circle when you're cutting the corners. Theres no real bounds, just imaginary lines that he tells you to figure out on your own. My girlfriend and I were so darn stressed at this guy just following us and we didn't have fun at all. The had a drove mid session to record yall, cool shots and video. At the end of the session you take off your life vest and someone helping you up will say if you wanna tip leave it here for your instructor. You get 2 free waters and you head out to get your stuff, which at that point the "free tequila tasting" occurs which we declined and they insisted 3x. We kept walking to change to our dry clothes and the lady with the photos kept insisting to sell them to us. We said we'd be back we just have to use the restroom. THEY FOLLOWED US TO THE RESTROOM. After we got out, they offered their package of $20 a photo or $60 for all the photos and the drone video. She didn't even take the pics and she's making outrageous pricing. I speak Spanish fluently so I tried offering $40 for all, she got incredibly offended and replied abrasively as to WHY I was making that low offer. I just told her, why do you start off with $60? You didn't even take the photos, you just sell them. She said why don't you get some free shots of tequila and come back and change your mind. She rebutted with $40 for the drone video and 1 photo. They don't print them, they email them to you. We were kind of upset at maybe 10-15 mins of them harassing us for tips on the jetski for the "instructor" as well as them following us to the restroom to buy the photos. We weren't allowed to even take pics on our phones once we were out, its kind of a waste of $125 usd to book an additional $16/17 for docking fee and thats without tip either. OVER ALL I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. GO DO JETSKIS somewhere that isn't run by them.
