I was excited for this experience but it was poor and I wouldn’t recommend anyone book this. You pay $80 to jet ski in a square box marked with flags. So it’s a very small area that you can jet ski, which is no fun. You would have better look booking jet skis at the ocean. You are not supposed to go outside of the flags and I did. There is always an employee on a jet ski while you’re out. The employee on the jet ski came up to me and in a rude tone, repeatedly said “you keep going outside of the flags, stay inside, stay inside!!”. I understand him coming to tell me I’m outside of the area I can jet skii in but the way he communicated this information was disrespectful. It’s mot about what you say but how you say it. If you don’t know how to speak to paying customers, then find a new job. At the end of the day, I am a paying customer, and employees need to speak to me with respect regardless of what’s being communicated. DEFINITELY WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS EXPERINCE. BOOK FOR THE OCEAN FOR BETTER VALUE!!

I appreciated the ride to and from hotel. I did really enjoy my tour guides Luis was awesome. I did enjoy my experience riding the jet ski great experience I will do it again. Everyone was really nice. I was disappointed I did not get pictures alone every picture included my tour guide. Also disappointed I did not have the option for a drone video.
