We didn't get to snorkel due to the weather, but we were given an extended jungle tour ride to make up for the lost time. The guide was very friendly and funny. We saw two crocs, iguanas, and a HUGE eagle. The boats were very fun to drive and the route was very beautiful. We had an amazing time.

Adrenaline junkies will love this tour. Boats need maintenance… ours cut off in the middle of the ocean which was a bit alarming as it was our first time on a speed boat in deep waters. The covers for the back were missing all our belonging were drenched. Reef was not impressive considering the distance we went to get there. Saw about 10 fishes at most.

Very professional service. Pick and drop from the hotel was smooth. Boat ride was good. Travel with infant was also possible on the speed boat. It's not super speed boat btw.

It’s not worthy AT ALL. Don’t try this.
1. We chose snorkelling included option, but the guide only allowed one place, which is shallow sandy side, is impossible to see reef, and fish.
2. There is the waiver/contract before driving, we MUST NOT drink. However, the bar right next to the tourist office offer and insist to drink. We even saw poor 2 young lady ripped off by the bartender, almost of decent dinner courses cost.
3. Information is not transparent. They said 2hours course, but actually it’s 1H 30M. And even the driver to pick us up was late for 15min.

We are sorry we experience with us was not of your like, our ever we know the service we give, unfortunatly ... we can not please every person especially persons like you that instead of enjoying a great day you just were looking for the minimun details. and one thing for sure is that WE DO TAKE EVERY PERSON TO THE REEF THE ANGEL. and there is reef, fish, coral and some sightseeing of turtles and string grays. but you know what? some time even nature can feel persons with really bad actitud.
Be better person, enjoy life, we are humans and we can also make mistake. not everything has to be perfect as im guessing your life is and if it is. congratulation!

This was a fun experience for sure but pretty dangerous. You're driving a power boat after 1 minute of training. Some people on our were more interested in taking selfies while driving than actually driving which could have resulted in multiple crashes. It was hilarious watching them worry about there hats etc fly away into the engine though so overall great entertainment. Snorkeling is fun but the reef they use is clearly over used as it's quite bland but I feel there is no avoiding that unless you go farther out to sea.

This was a great excursion. The transportation came to the resort and picked us up on time. In a clean and a/c van. The amount of time spent during the speed boat tour was good. I just wish my boat went a little faster. Had a great time. The photos and video was good quality and a good price.

Excellent time. Was a little bit skeptical on getting into the speed boat with my partner because we have never drove a speedboat before nor do we know how to swim but it was definitely an experience to have. Especially snorkeling in the middle of the ocean.

The speed boat tour was actually fun. Very nice and professional guides. Boats are a little older and need a little more upkeep but they are fun the drive. Snorkeling was fast due to bad weather coming in . Tour was great, transportation which was included was terrible . At first , only had one car for our group of 10. After the tour, we waiting over an hour for transportation back to the hotel .

Very fun!!! This was my favorite thing I did while visiting Cancun. The pickup process was super easy, the driver came right to the resort entrance. It also included transportation on the way back. The check-in and instructions were very quick and straightforward, and the boats were easy to use. The tour guide Jesus was very enthusiastic and genuine, and took us to a beautiful coral reef. Highly recommended!

I had a great time. My guide Enrique was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend this company. The staff works so hard and I appreciate the attention they gave us. Sad to see some of the people do that took the same tour did not even tip our guide. People from the US need to learn a how to tip more!

This was our second time taking this tour. We brought our 2 daughters this time and had a blast. We had to reschedule twice due to weather and they were very accomidating. We saw lots of fish including 2 barracuda.

The day we had planned was windy so they let us reschedule. I am so glad we picked this company. It was a small group and great tour guides. The best part was they took us to an area to snorkel that was private. No other people or boats in site! We saw stingray, grouper an eel and several barracuda!! It was great. The tour guides, Raul and David were awesome. I have boated before so wasn't expecting much but had so much fun. Would HIGHLY recommend!

I had fun with this tour. All the crew and the front desk really nice.
Note: you might want to check in with the local tour provider after you booked with viator.com.
I had to spend 20 on the taxi and went to the provider location that doesn't have me on the list.
Then, they have to send me other end of the cancun to take my tour.
