Coco Bongo Premium Pass Review

Waste of money and super boring! Definitely was not the vibe advertised in the pictures and some videos we saw online. We paid for the premium pass. We were seated on the second floor where no guests were. There were vacant seats downstairs however they sat us away from the crowd. Everyone was standing around minus a few people who were in the pool. The only thing nice I have to say about my experience is our server was great! Outside of the beach club when you arrive there are people in costumes standing around scamming people after you take a picture with them so beware of that as well!

Pay at the door this is a waste of money

This was the worst it’s a waste of money. We paid $135 each person and when we got there other people had only paid $50 at the door. They claimed that we would have a place to sit. We did not have a place to sit. We’d have to pay an additional amount of money if we wanted a table. So for what they were offering us for the $135 the people are paying $50 at the door. They did eventually seat us upstairs away from everyone where nobody else was Not even Staff. Horrible experience staff did not care.

Sorry to hear about your experience. To clarify, you purchased Premium Passes which includes premium open bar & entry, it does not include an area for your group as stated on the event inclusions/exclusions. The lower pricing you are referring to guests paying at the door is for lower option tickets- just entry, or entry and regular open bar which your group did not have. The venue did offer you to upgrade to a table for an additional cost which is not required, and the upper level is where the tables are located, which is above the pool and DJ and very much in the center of the venue with plenty of staff and other guests around. We do offer multiple options for clients to reach us directly with any issues & we did not hear from you before, during or after your event. We do hope you enjoyed the Coco Bongo experience, staff works very hard to put on an amazing time!

We had so much fun! Great service! Great music! Good drinks & food! Just a really good vibe. Everyone was having a blast and the staff really kept the party atmosphere going.
