Designated a National Marine Park by the Mexican Conservation Authority in 1998, Isla Contoy is a nature lover's paradise. Enjoy white sand beaches, tranquil lagoons, and bird life on this full-day adventure that includes snorkeling at Ixlache Reef (weather permitting), a visit to Isla Mujeres, a regional lunch of fish and chicken, and round-trip transfers with hotel pickup. Package excludes dock tax.

Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and airbnb's or any location that we can't reach: Cancun Meeting Point: in front of the lobby at Oasis Smart in Tulum Avenue Playa Del Carmen: Cocobongo at Playa Del Carmen The pick up time is set acording to your location, pick up start at 7:00 am and depending on the location the pick up time will be set, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as posible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service

Wonderful tour. Recommend it if staying in Cancun. Get to see both islands off Cancun and the Isla Contoy is a well kept paradise with beautiful beaches and wildlife. Travelling to it along the reef was great as saw turtles swimming and on the way back the crew were excellent getting a party atmosphere going with everyone on board. Overall a great experience.

Really enjoyable day, run by enthusiastic, knowledgeable and bilingual staff. Our time on Isla Mujeres felt a bit rushed, but we enjoyed our time and Isla Contoy was beautiful!!! There were enough lunch options for vegetarians and anyone that’s gluten intolerant.

The staff members are in love with Mexico and it's nature, they will do everthing so you can always fell in love with it too We are happy to know that you loved the lunch, even mexican food can be vegetarian or gluten free, but still delicious We hope to see you soon, there are other Islands to explore!

I would give 4.5 stars if I can instead of 5, but decided to go with 5 due to minor issue with booking. I booked at last minute, and got a call from them for cancellation due unavailability at night time. Then next morning, got a call from them that the driver at the hotel to pick me up. Only got few minutes to get ready But overall, staff are nice, friendly. Great hosts! Short time in isla mujeres but good length of time in contoy island. Definitely a beautiful place! Alcohol and lunch provided. Don’t miss out the experience!

No pudimos bucear no había casi playa en la Isla y no nos llevaron a Isla Mujeres. No pudimos hacer nada de lo contratado

Este tour NO incluye buceo, muchas veces se le dijo que el tour únicamente incluye snorkel El tour si fue a Isla Mujeres, hay registro maritimo al respecto Este review no es verídico

Poco tiempo para lo reelevante Isla Contoy

Todo el equipo de atención en la embarcación muy buena atención esto fue lo mejor del viaje, el pick up en el Hotel llegaron una hora después, la logística de ida no fue muy favorable hicieron varias paradas, el intinerario de ir solo una hora en Isla mujeres es muy poco tiempo no alcanza para nada, en Isla Contoy estuvimos solo 2 horas incluído el tiempo de comida es muy poco. En otro tour primero se visito Contoy y fue más favorable aquí al final fue llegar a la Isla y el tour fue muy largo, cansado y pesado poco tiempo para disfrutar. Lo contratamos por Isla Contoy para estar más tiempo, se tardanucho en llegar deberían de realizar tours directos a Contoy y si tantas paradas

¡Hola! El transporte tuvo media hora de demora debido a un accidente en la carretera que causó un estancamiento. Este tour es publicitado como compartido, otras personas deben de ser recogidas en sus hoteles El tiempo que se pasa en Isla Mujeres también está publicado en la descripción del tour, no debería ser sorpresa, es importante leer el contenido de los tours. Esa hora es sólo para conocer un poco de la isla, es importante recordar que Isla Mujeres no es el principal atractivo de este tour El tiempo en Contoy en tierra es de 2 horas, más el tiempo que se toma navegando en la cercanía y en la zona de snorkel. Usted dice que el tour fue muy largo y también dice que fue poco tiempo, no entendemos a que se refiere Es importante leer la descripción de los tours, para poder elegir el que mejor se adapte a sus nececidades Tomaremos en cuenta sus comentarios y seguiremos mejorando
