We offer direct transportation from hotels in Cancun that are located in the hotel zone. We also offer transportation from certain points in the city of Cancun where we will take as a meeting point. The most convenient places are small hotels or Airbnb of our travelers. We will also inform clients about the exact pick-up time, and the meeting point one day before the day of the activity.

Do book threw you a total price was quoted then with no time to cancel it get a e mail doubling the price try to cancel with you due to the price and time change with the help then try with the provider because I tryed to cancel they told me I lost my 98 dollars but I could rebook so I seen i would pay the extra and they denied it so no trip cost me 98 dollar thank for robbing me

The additional cost you mentioned was not a hidden charge but a clearly outlined part of the tour package. Furthermore, you initially requested a cancellation and a refund, which was processed according to our policies. Later, you expressed interest in taking the tour after all arrangements had been made, making it impossible to accommodate the change at that stage. After it became non refundable they notice us that pick up time is two hours prior to posted start time. They added about $45 dollars onto the advertised price when you pay. I assumed this was the $49 fee they mentioned. When I show up in the morning they say no, the $49 fee still needs to be paid. Horrible communication, rip off , I would avoid Viator at all cost. The island was beautiful.

We were super excited to go on this trip but ultimately very disappointed with the time spent and excessive money spent. This tour looks good and affordable but there are some odd charges. They charge each person an additional $45 USD “dock fee,” on top of the initial booking. We chose transport since it was the cheaper option. The pick up spot provided was incorrect. Took us to a totally different place. Got into contact with this company and after pickup they said they would charge me an additional $60 USD per person for pick up. Absolutely not. We arrive to the location after almost 2 hours of riding in a van and they immediately notify us AFTER PAYMENT that snorkeling was canceled. No partial refund, no refund offered, nothing. The boat was nice, the crew was nice. The drinks very watered down and bottom shelf. We arrive to first location for the buffet which was nothing to brag about. Stay for an hour and go back to the boat to a TOURIST TRAP for 2.5 hours. At least offer partial refund or make the excursion shorter. No one wanted to walk around and look at souvenirs for 2.5 hours. All in all, not worth the $400+ usd spent. Very disappointed and feel bamboozled by this company.

This fee is mandatory and paid directly to the marina, not to our company. While we understand this may have felt inconvenient, it is outside of our control and unrelated to our pricing. Regarding transportation, the pickup location provided was correct. However, upon learning you were at a different hotel, we promptly adjusted our logistics to ensure you could still join the tour, despite the challenges this created for our team and other guests. Additionally, it’s worth noting that you repeatedly expressed a refusal to pay mandatory fees and requested further discounts, mentioning you would leave a negative review if we didn’t comply. Even under these circumstances, we made every effort to accommodate your requests. The cancellation of the snorkeling activity was a safety decision mandated by the Port Authority due to weather conditions, which were communicated to you before the tour began. These circumstances are beyond our control, and we cannot offer refunds for canceled activities due to safety regulations. That said, the rest of the tour proceeded as planned. You were given one hour of free time on Isla Mujeres to enjoy as you wished—not 2.5 hours as stated in your review. Additionally, the drinks provided onboard were standard for all guests, and we’ve received no other complaints about their quality. Lastly, we’re glad you found the crew and boat to be enjoyable, as our team works hard to ensure every guest has a great experience. We regret that your expectations were not met but stand by the transparency, professionalism, and quality of our service. Thank you again for your comments. I had an absolutely fantastic time on this catamaran tour! Everything was flawless from start to finish. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was lively and fun, and the location was stunning. The catamaran itself was spacious and exactly as described in the pictures, with plenty of seating and shaded areas for everyone to relax. The beach club we visited was beautiful and the service was exceptional. Overall, it was a perfect day on the water and I would highly recommend this tour to anyone!
