We all had a great time. We had 2 kids 8 & 10 plus grandma. The guide and captain were great. We felt safe at all times. We saw a huge pika dotted sting ray, a nursing shark, a lobster and tons of beautiful fish and corals.

It’s great fun! The only thing was that it was difficult to find the place in the morning. People were telling us to wait at the wrong places. I had to not believe them and ask around until I found the place just in time. Besides that the guides and the tour were wonderful!

Such a great experience, Chris, Juan, and Pollo were fantastic. We saw a vast amount of sea life including nurse sharks, eaglerays, turtles and more. I really appreciated seeing how much the guides cared for the conservation of the reef.

No fear of water would be helpful. But expect to see fish alot of fish.... big fish sometimes sharks rays and turtlez

Well coordinated, professional staff; fluent in English and Spanish. Knowledgable and enthusiastic guide. We were lucky enough to see 3 eagle rays, many huge schools of many species of fish, and a little bit of fish drama. Our last Viator snorkel tour was crowded and unsafe; this was completely different. One of the best caribbean snorkels we've been on.

No personal items or sunscreen allowed on boat. You are actually snorkeling (mask in water) for 1.5 hours. Reef and fish beautiful. Must follow guide in a line as it is a national park.

We wanted to find an excursion that was JUST a snorkeling experience. This was exactly that. Life jacket is mandatory. They provide snorkel, fin, and even a wetsuit if you want one. The tour guide is very knowledgeable. We saw rays, turtles, sharks, and jellyfish. Beautiful coral.

Booked 1030 and loved every moment of it. Saw barracudas, sting ray, small shark, 3 turtles, and colorful fishies. The coral reef was beautiful and enchanting. Guide Juan was helpful in detecting what animals to look out for. I wouldnt have even known there was a shark or sting ray if I wasnt looking for them! Amazing experience, I highly recommend it :)

Everyone involved with our snorkeling trip to the reef was fantastic and helpful. We were fitted for gear and checked in, and accommodations were made for a diverse group of inexperienced snorkelers. We had a great skipper and our dive master kept us from harming the fragile reef all while letting us get a glimpse of the local aquatic life. My wife was a wee sick and woozy from the boat ride, and all of the staff were kind and considerate in helping her get her land legs back.

Our captain and guide were very friendly. We were the only ones on the tour so that made it nice. I recommend going on the early tour as we did because the water is usually calmer and it’s less busy at the reef.

Christian and the team at Wet Suits and Diving are excellent at their jobs. The small group snorkeling tour was an amazing experience, and our family enjoyed it a lot. Christian was very knowledgeable about the area and pointed out stingrays, turtles, and many barracudas. I would highly recommend if you want a personable guide in the Mesoamerican reef!

If you’re interested in snorkelling nearby Cancun, I highly recommend this tour with Wet Set Diving Adventures! They were super responsive and accommodating from the get go. Christopher was our guide and he was awesome! Throughout the tour, Christopher made sure everyone was okay and pointed out some amazing marine life including barracudas and a spotted eagle ray. My friends and I had a great experience - it was one of the highlights of our trip!

This was a fab excursion! We were the only people on our booking so we basically got a private snorkelling tour of the reef! The instructor was very knowledgeable about the creatures we saw and you can tell they really care about conserving the beautiful reef. We were lucky enough to see a water turtle, an eagle ray, many barracuda and plenty of fish. Great experience for the price! X

The guide was great and showed us some great locations. Very environmentally conscience. The water was beautiful and saw just about every critter known to the area, a Sea Turtle, a Nurse shark, several barracuda, and all 3 rays. I would recommend this to everyone.

Chris did a great job showing us the real, and we were lucky enough to see an eagle ray swim by slowly. We also saw turtle, barracudas, spider crab, lobster and a ton of different fish.

Don't even look for another outfit! Dave makes you feel like the most important customers there are. Marco and Pollo know the best spots to see the best of the reef, while making sure you are safe and comfortable. They are small, so you don't feel like you are being herded like cattle. I really can't say enough about how much I enjoyed our snorkeling adventure with these guys!!

Small group. They are very attentive every step of the way. Very thing is smooth. Amazing experience with snorkeling, seen so many tropical fishes and 3 sea turtles swimming right in front of us.
Street parking is easy. Small village with very warm and friendly people.

We have three very anxious autistic kids. We did a lot of prep before our trip, talking about what we would see, practicing snorkeling in a pool, etc. We were hesitant to commit to one of the tours offered by our resort, because we would have been in a large group for several hours with no easy way back if it became too much. Wet Set was small and personal and tailored the experience to our needs. Our family had the boat to ourselves, which is not always the case, but also didn’t seem uncommon.
It was easy to call a taxi from our resort and the driver came back to pick us up when we were finished. We loved that the experience didn’t have to take a whole day out of our vacation. We spent about 3.5-4 hours round trip including waiting for the taxi and making a quick stop at a pharmacy on the way back.
The kids were still very nervous when we arrived, but the staff instantly made us feel comfortable by talking about shared interests (specifically Bluey).
Moises our driver and Mario our guide were spectacular. They made the rules and instructions very clear. They were patient with helping the kids get ready. In the water, Mario led us to calm, uncrowded areas, and pointed out interesting creatures. He towed the kids with his life preserver when they were tired or nervous. When they started melting down from sensory overload, he led us back to the boat and Moises drove us to another spot where they had been seeing turtles recently. The guides made it clear that anyone could stay in the boat if they didn’t want to snorkel more. But they also made the idea of seeing turtles exciting enough that everyone was willing to get back in the water. We did see three turtles grazing, and everyone decided it was definitely worth it.
Over all, a great experience, even with our kids’ high needs.
The shop has a shower to rinse off, but not a restroom or changing area. The public restroom across the street was closed for maintenance. The bar next door charges 20 pesos per person to use the restroom if you’re not dining there. Not exorbitant by any means, just fyi.
