Got our luggage and walked out to shuttle area- the happy shuttle was there to greet us. The guy at the airport was wonderful and our driver was fabulous. I apologize I do not remember their names which is bad/ ignorant on my part.

Both transfers were seemless. Happy Shuttle provided exact instructions to locate them at the airoprt. It was very easy. Our driver for the return trip to the airport was very informative and nice. Wish we had him for the trip to the resort because he provided a lot of good info that we could've used while we were there.

We were picked up at the airport and taken in a private van to Playa Del Carmen just as the website said it would. The round trip ride was comfortable and the driver very polite. We were picked up at the resort for the return trip to the airport right on time. I highly recommend the Happy Shuttle.

The shuttle to/from were very prompt and the drivers were friendly. Happy shuttle removed all of the stress of trying to get to your hotel and back to the airport. I recommend it.
