Oh my goodness, this was nonstop entertainment for my whole family, including myself. Our guide was fantastic, and all of the team members were humorous, and made us smile the whole way through.. we got some awesome and amazing photos., and my kids had an absolute blast. We would def go again!

This was so much fun! The course was a good length, and we liked that it ended in water -- it was so refreshing. The area was beautiful, and all of the equipment felt very safe. We really enjoyed this experience!

Sooo much fun and everyone was friendly. But keep in mind that the $10 per person for the driver does not go directly to the driver and you need to tip them on top of that! Our drive to get there ended up costing us $40 because we didn’t know this! But other than that it was a lot of fun

We had a little trouble getting our pickup scheduled when the tour company told us that the time we reserved was no longer available, especially because we weren't able to be in Cancun in time for the earlier time they wanted. We thought that we weren't going to be able to go but they eventually worked it all out.
The pickup was convenient to our location and a nice ride out to Selvetica, where we were greeted by Chino, who was so funny and informative.
It would have been nice to know ahead of time that they want you to wear shorts or something while ziplining, but that they will get wet. If you don't want your clothes to get wet, they tell you that you won't be able to do the final zipline into the water because once you get the harness on, you can't take it off until you're done, but they push you pretty hard to not wear only your swimsuit. After all that, they were still nice enough to help a couple of us remove the clothes we didn't want wet and do the final zipline anyway.
We were a family group of 8, all adults, and it looked like we were the last group of the day, but the entire crew was so helpful and fun. We all got a chance to zipline upside down in tandem (spider -style) if we wanted and the ziplines were amazing! It is a bit of an ab workout, so be prepared for that.
After the ziplines they took us to a cenote for swimming which was beautiful and fun. The crew was again super fun and encouraged us to jump from the platform, do the zipline, etc.
Finally, they took us back for a delicious meal of fajitas, with some fruit and salad available as well. This is where they tried to sell us the over 300 photos that they had taken of us. The photos were fun, but we weren't interested at a price of $30 each or $400 for all. They came down in price quite a bit, but we still decided against it.
Overall, it was a super fun experience and the team is incredible at making it fun but also making you feel safe. We would definitely recommend!

Amazing Experience! Our guide Charley was very experienced and made sure everyone was safe and felt safe. The ziplining and bungee swing is a source of pure adrenaline. Would definitely recommend 10/10. Also has great items in the gift shop to bring back.

The staff and zip lining were great! We booked a half day ziplining that turned into a full day. So you will be there a full day regardless of the package. Was surprised that we had to pay for transportation for each person to the ziplining area, not sure why that wasn’t included in the price. We weren’t planning on paying another fee on what we had already booked. The driver to the location was prompt and very good. It took us an hour and half for transportation from Playa del Carmen because we had to pick up other guests along the way. Overall a fun excursion.

The Zipline was fun. We had a great time but the roller coaster one was not operational and they said all the tour companies should have told people. I picked this one and paid the price for the roller coaster one to be included. Felt we were rushed on everything we did. It was my girlfriend's first Zipline and she loved it

Our tour guides Chino and Mo were the BEST! They made the whole experience so much fun. Their energy and attitudes made what was already going to be a great time even better. The zip lines were great, just flying above and through the trees, and the swimming was great to wrap it all up. I would highly recommend this to anyone who loves a little adventure.

The operatives were all polite, courteous and really knowledgeable about every zip line. They made the day exceptionally memorable. I enjoyed it so much I wanted to book for another day. We picked to not do ATVs because they aren't really our thing so we just did the zip lining and the cenote and it was very beautiful. I appreciated how they taught us how to zip-line first because it was my first time. Definitely worth it!

The entire adventure from pick up at our hotel to the finish of the day with a delicious lunch was great. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The ziplining was so much fun and there were 10 lines on the course. The cenote was beautiful, cool and refreshing and the meal was very enjoyable. There were lockers available which was very useful also. Overall a super experience.

My spouse and I included this activity on our honeymoon and had the best time! Ziplining through (and above) the jungle was beautiful and the team made us feel really safe and moving quickly. Great food, magical location (if not a little bit commercialized), and a very fun day.
Only feedback would be that we were a little confused about the schedule at first (bring a snack), but it worked out in the end - they also have lockers available on site and you can rent a nice dry towel as part of a package with the locker. Really solid operation and well-worth including on your trip!

My family of 4 (ages 53, 50, 22, and 19) loved this adventure. It was an hour shuttle ride from our Cancun resort. We did the ziplines, roller coaster, and cenote swim. All the staff members (Eric, Dan, and others) were friendly, helpful, and fun. The 10+ ziplines were fun, and not overly scary. The roller coaster was an exciting finish. The cenote swim was amazing. We jumped off the 20 foot platform, went down the zipline, and enjoyed a nice swim. We also purchased the photo package and they turned out great. The food at the end was tasty. I highly recommend this adventure.

This was one of the best zip lining excursions I have been on. Whether you’re a beginner, an expert, or a kid the staff made sure everyone was comfortable every step of the way. The food they serve you was also the best food I had since being in Cancun! It was authentic and flavorful. I would definitely recommend booking your excursion with them!

I can’t say enough great things about this experience. The staff was helpful, polite and entertaining. This was my first zip line experience. I felt extremely safe and comfortable with the guides. The lines were 80 feet up and we did about 10 segments. If you have never ridden a ATV this is a good first experience. If you grew up riding ATVs I would say pass on that. The cenote was OK. I didn’t feel like swimming but did enjoy the mini zip line into the water. The food was much better than I expected. The photo package was very reasonably priced so I got all of them.I had a blast! Will do again the next time I am in the area.

Staff was super friendly. The activities are super exciting and lots of fun. I did the extreme package and it’s very good value for money.
The only improvement which I have told staff as well is to provide slightly better guidance on what to bring and what not to bring to each activity. One person broke her sunglasses which weren’t needed for example. I was told not bring my shoes as we were going to end up in water but then you were able to take them off just before the water event and it would have been more comfortable in shoes vs flipflops that I ended up wearing. Good advice is to bring or buy some water shoes as a good compromise.

This same tour can be booked for $69.30 through Selvatica’s website. I feel scammed paying an extra $30. They don’t mention the name of the actual park you go to on here to get you to pay the up charge. My driver got into an accident on his way to my hotel. I was told by Viator and another driver that he would be 10 minutes late due to a “malfunction”. Turns out the other driver was my initial driver! Why would you lie about my driver being late when you’re my actual driver?! The steps to the zip line are long and tiring and it’s hot so be ready for that. No pictures allowed at all because at the end, they sell packages. The cenote was the best part. It was confusing knowing what we were going to do next because you couldn’t tell who was in your group. But the groups are determined by your arrival time; I was in the 1:30 group which happens to be the last group of the day. The employees were sincerely friendly. The burrito we were given for lunch was nasty in my opinion lol. I asked for no onions and it was full of them.

This was such an incredible day! We are 65 and 63 and had a blast with our 40 year old kids. From start to finish, these activities were organized and efficiently run. From the many many zips, to the rollercoaster, to the cenote, it was jam packed with fun! The “snack” that they was a delicious, huge made to order burrito. There was so much to do that advice on what to wear was not listed. You rent a locker for $10 and get $5 back when you return the key. Wear clothes that you can get wet on the zipline, as you go through water at the end, but not a brief swimsuit, as the harness will rub your legs. Have dry clothes for the ride home. The staff that runs this adventure are the hardest working polite, helpful people we have encountered! This was so much fun! I highly recommend this trip for anyone!!

Get ready to be scammed and to receive rude remarks. I had to pay $80 for just my photos! Imagine $80 USD for just photos. $10 for transportation. $10 for ATV insurance. $10 for this, $10 for that. The description states max weight limit 150 kg, guess what the max weight for their roller coaster is 110 kg and for the zip line it's 130 kg. "Pepe" one of the workers at the zip line called another customer "Mucho Grande" to his face while laughing coz the customer was bigger in size. Imagine being called that.
