Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and airbnb's or any location that we can't reach: Cancun Meeting Point: in front of the lobby at Oasis Smart in Tulum Avenue The pick up time is set acording to your location, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as posible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service.

The maximum weight of a passenger to take part on this activity is 300 lb, while the minimum is 55 lb
You must be 16 years old to drive the ATV, under 16 must be accompanied by an adult
For guests in Playa del Carmen, it is only available from 9:30 a.m.
We are not responsible for forgotten or lost items on the tour, transportation, lockers, seats. Make sure you don't forget your personal belongings when getting off the transportation
Guests who are in Playa del Carmen only apply at one time: 09:30 am
Guests in Tulum you have to move to Playa Del Carmen at Coco bongo wich is the closest meeting point only one time apply 09:30 am
The pick-up limit is the Playacar area Playa del Carmen, passing the Playacar area, you have to go to Coco bongo Playa del Carmen to board the transportation
If they are odd people, a 10 usd upgrade will be paid for one person because they would use an ATV
This tour/activity will have a maximum of 20 travelers

Great day for adventure! The hospitality and guides were great. Swimming in the cenote was the perfect ending to ATV rides and zip lining. Our guide even found our lost Apple Watch at the bottom of the watch - he went above and beyond!

This was the worst expeience I have ever had. To start it doesn't give you the option to book single or double, so when I booked I emailed and they told me to pa $10 pp for single ATV. We get to the locaion and they tried to charge us $40pp. After making us wait 30 mins while they got approval we started our activity. My ATV stopped 3 or 4 times. Once we finished Ziplinning I asked or them to call our transportation because I was told we could leave whenever we wanted. All of a sudden they couldn't get ahold of our driver and aftr 1.5 hours I had to call an Uber. The signal was terrible so I had to ask several times to get on their wifi to call an uber. Transporation was included in my cost but when I reached out to the number that I was told was my ride, they advised that the did not provide my transportation back and it was up to the venue. So Uber was our only choice. They nickel and dime you for everything. They make you pay for a locker to lock your items up because they don't allow any cell phones. That is because they want to charge you $105 for pictures.

Regarding the ATV upgrade cost, our team informed you of the correct price in advance. In fact, you were notified ahead of time specifically to avoid being charged more upon arrival. The price you were asked to pay at check-in was the standard and correct rate. During the tour, our staff also did everything possible to assist you. When you requested early transportation, you were informed that returning immediately was not possible because the driver was still completing other scheduled pickups. Instead of waiting—like the rest of our guests who follow the normal transportation schedule—you chose to leave on your own. For this reason, you signed the voluntary departure form confirming that leaving by Uber was your personal decision. Our team offered assistance with WiFi access multiple times to help you arrange your ride, despite the limited signal in the area. We never refused help. As for lockers and photos, these fees are explained before the activity, and they are optional upgrades used by all adventure parks in the region. No guest is obligated to purchase photos, and lockers are offered to protect personal belongings during activities where phones are not permitted for safety reasons. We understand that waiting can be frustrating, but impatience does not mean that our staff did anything wrong. Our priority is always the safety and experience of all guests, and we cannot adjust procedures at the expense of others. We thank you for your visit and wish you well Warm regards

The pick up was on time. The driver was polite and very nice. The ride there was fun. At the experience the staff was excellent and funny. The atv,zip line and other activities were much fun. Me and my wife had a great time

The zip line was good. The ATV's were old and broke. I paid and asked for 2 ATV's. I only record 1. There were extra cost in the plan not expected. Some of the employees were good. Others were unfriendly. The cenote was gross. Very horrible. Was disappointed very unsatisfied. I'll not let others know. The center was so gross with algee, no visibility. Poor. Just poor. We were looking forward to the central being clean and beautiful as in the brochure..disappointment %75 .

Dear customer: There is a option to book Single ATVS in the platform, you bought a Shared ATVS that's why you received only 1. Due to the rains it looks like this, the rainwater seeps into the aquifers of the cenotes and we try to keep it clean as much as possible although sometimes we cannot do much about nature. Long list of poor experiences... 1. Ad was for a 930 start, and we arrived at 1015am 2. Charges for $5 for locker, $5 per person for ATV insurance...nickel and dime you to death 3. ATV ride was like a disneyland ride on a set course, no bueno. Otherwise, the guides were friendly and professional.

We really enjoyed riding the ATV’s and swimming in the cenote! Our tour guide was wonderful and explained everything very well! The food was also good. We would take this tour again if in the area.
